My food was made fine and on time which is crazy because there was one woman back there making
The 4 things of food we ordered and I ordered 1 drink. It took almost 20 mins when only 1 person was in front
Of us and there were 3 people working in the front. They moved at snails pace and were just chatting it up. I literally watched them talk to each other and slowly walk around for 10 minutes before making any drinks at all. I’ve truly never seen a group of people
Move so slowly.
The fact that
The woman in the back made 4 food items before any of the 3 in the front made a single drink was insane. Not even an excuse of taking
Orders as the machines lets customers make their own order.

The wait time was ridiculous unnecessarily and The food was under cooked.

Slow service, lots of people waiting for orders. Orders mixed up, and not calling out orders properly when ready.

They need to hire people who can make coffee at a fast paste! Or Dukin needs to pay more their employees so they can care alittle bit more!

👍. Baked goods are very fresh, coffee great.
👎 Long lines, limited baked good choices, compared to free standing Dunkins.

Worst dunkin ever! I don't think they could work any slower. Waited over half an hour for two bagels and a drink. They rang up the wrong drink, and didn't have what it took to make the correct drink. When they tried to process the refund, they charged me another $5. He then had to go get a manager as he didn't actually know what he was doing.

Genuinely the worst one I've ever been to. The staff is terribly clueless and slow. There's only 1 ordering station. Super bad!

If I could give a zero 🌟 I would.

Took more than 10 mins. To get my coffee and then another 15 mins to get my food. They work extremely slow and the gentleman that was in the register I had to repeat what I wanted multiple times.

Overall worse experience, I had to drive to Miami by 9a and this stop was my worse decision sadly.

Ordered @ 6:24a & received my food @ 6:46a
