Just Despicable. You can ONLY order from the kiosk. And your order takes about 30 minutes for two coffees and some donuts. The most unorganized and useless process you can imagine.
Just as the other reviews mention, it is a terrible Representation of the Dunkin’ Donuts franchise. Just lose the name because the standards are not here. I will avoid this location like the plague. You’re better off getting coffee from the little convenience/ souvenir store next-door.
Tell me how a Dunkin’ Donuts “runs out of coffee”. Very unhelpful employees.
Nice rest area. Good selection of foods and drinks.
Lazy guys and the so rude
Don't ask the staff about food allergies because they've zero knowledge even though there's a sign saying ask the staff. 2 separate members asked and neither cared, wanted to know or even wanted to help. Time of them visit 10.50am 28th May.
Horrible experience with the workers there… rude and talking to each other forgetting the orders, asking fir a extra cup bc mine to try to not burn me and so rude! Never again
Runs on confusion, not Dunkin’.
Stopped at this Dunkin’ at the Fort Drum rest stop, hoping for a quick pick-me-up. Instead, I got a front-row seat to the Theatre of Chaos. The staff looked like they were thrown into a donut shop with no training and a vague hope that caffeine would guide them. Spoiler: it didn’t.
The food? If sadness had a flavor, it would be the stale, floppy sandwich I was handed. My coffee tasted like someone had whispered the word “coffee” over a gallon of milk and called it a day. I’ve had stronger beverages in elementary school.
Everyone was super confused—even the coffee machine seemed unsure of its life choices. I left with a cold sandwich, a hot cup of disappointment, and a renewed appreciation for gas station snacks.
Only giving one star because Google won’t let me go lower. If you’re considering stopping here… don’t. Your stomach (and your taste buds) deserve better.
The place is run for bad skin people and the attention to the public is awful. The don’t take your order; mandatory it has to be through the computer, and if you can’t find in there what you need, they yell at you. And what if you don’t have a credit card?.
All of them should be replaced.
Doesn’t give you a cup of water or ice
Do not waste your money or your time at this location

So rude I didn’t even finish my order.
Absolute terrible service. Then they get the order completly wrong. Never again.
This Dunkin is in a Florida Turnpike Plaza - Ft. Drum, food is good for Dunkin', but service is slow; although, Marie, taking orders was fabulous!
Don't get coffee here!
On my way to Miami we stop by at this mini mall and found this Dunkin’ Donuts, the service was beyond horrible, rude staff an horrible customer service. I would starve to death and not drink any coffee become stop by in this place again.
