Earl of Sandwich

Truly unbelievable. Ordered half and hr ago at a self order post. For 10minutes there was no one at the store. Then they appear on their mobile phone. Disappeared again. Then they told me they don't have the ingredients. But they also can't refund me. After half an hour I get a refund minus the tip because they can't refund that. Absolutely mind blowing

I see the other reviews and I believe on them. It is a rest stop and service is normally bad in these places with the rotation for the employees... My experience today was very good. The server was super nice and friendly to me. The sandwiches were well prepared and tasty. Nothing to complain (today)

I just purchased two sandwiches the Classic and the Ham and Cheese.
Both sandwiches were poorly served and mugged with water. The sandwiches should be warm enough to eat not smoked or burned.
The bread tasted like disgusting.
Now I do understand why people are in others business and this one is “ empty “ . It’s not about money it’s more about what people should be able to pay and the quality of the products.
By definition The Earl of Sandwich is the best sandwich ever created , the superior product in this location is poor quality.!

Closet at 8 pm on a friday

Employee Miterline (whoever was working 5/21/25 right before 4pm) had the nastiest attitude today towards a MINOR who wanted to order a sandwich. When she asked for spinach on the sandwich the employee straight up asked if we wanted to go to Subway. So rude during the whole interaction. There was no line, no one waiting and she was annoyed at everything.

Stopped on way from Ft Lauderdale to Orlando. Ordered “Best BLT” Clean, friendly and efficient.

SLOW service. The slowest in the world. Customer service is nonexistent. I don’t recommend people ordering their food from here. The display will say your order is ready but it is NOT.

Order from the other spots here which seem to be quicker.

Sandwich is mediocre at best, no one at the register. Just one machine to make orders. Doesnt give you all options to add or remove something. I asked the lady how can i put that option she looked at me and said “I don’t know” with a shit attitude. Ignored me and the other customer that called her.

Truly felt like we were an inconvenience to all of the staff. The lady taking our order was extremely unfriendly and told us that they dont do meals and everything had to be purchased separately. Okay that fine. The screen showed our order was ready, so we walked up. Was asked "Did she call your number? We said "no, but the screen said it was ready." She replied "well it takes a minute". It came across that she blamed us for not understanding that even though the screen clearly stated it was ready, we should have just kept our seat until they decided to call us. The food was good, but not worth being treated so poorly.

We were heading back from West Palm Beach. we did a quick stop for food and to use the restroom. I went with the Earl Of Sandwich and got the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich ($9) and fountain soda ($3). The sevenish inched sandwich bread was wonderfully toasted with a good amount of chicken, avocado, and melted cheddar cheese. The lettuce was fresh and gave the extra kick of healthiness.

The woman working there today 7/29 @ 6:50 pm had the most horrible attitude and probably the reason why nobody was in line to eat here. My husband was excited to try the sandwiches and ordered through a Kiosk at Fort Drum rest station. He went to the restroom and then hung out with me for about 15 minutes before heading over to pick up his sandwich, but it wasn’t done and he could see the lady in the back through the reflection on the tile wall. She was on her phone and didn’t appear to be in any hurry to make the ONE order she had. The sandwich was good but the experience ruined that. Please hire people who want to be there. Terrible.
