waited 45 minutes for our order. When we arrived for our order they said they were waiting on bread. they continued to prepare walk in orders before our to go order. never called to let us know before we arrived that our order would be delayed. very poor customer service .

Went there this week and they had dozens of flys on the meat slicer and on people’s online order sandwiches that they were making! I spoke to the assist manager and she acknowledged the issue, she then proceeded to make excuses such as they were short staffed and that the delivery driver was keeping the door open too long. This is disgusting and disappointing!

If you go in and Misty is working, do yourself a favor and just come back another day when she is not there. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced from this place. Remember they are just sandwiches, you can teach anyone to make them. Just Hire nice people who make your customers feel welcome, they will learn the rest very easily.
