Place is disgusting and dirty , servers are all racist ! The food is disgusting as well , found hair in my mash potatoes and the biscuit was stale I really felt like I almost chipped my front side tooth , the attitudes are sour , bathroom is dirty no one smiles very uncomfortable place ! Shut it down and replace with something better please 🤮

I ordered the 3 piece tender meal. When I got home I noticed that the tenders were the size of the nuggets. I went back to the store just to see about getting something different and was rudely told by the young man that he wasn't the cook and what did I want him to do about it! After that I just got a refund and will never go back again. Apparently customer service is no longer available.😔

I forgot to order something, and I asked to order it at the pickup window, the lady said they were very busy. I said ok, I understand. Then she just got it for me. Very sweet
I don’t understand that every time we go to kfc in Okeechobee the receipt is so light you can’t even read it. May I suggest you change your ink cartridge a little more often!!

We ordered delivery with Uber eats. It was a great deal!! 8pc chicken+8pc tenders 2 large sides and 4 biscuits for $36.00!! Not bad!! When we received our order everything was hot&fresh! Great quality!
Went through the drive thru and we were trying to order the person taking the order just cut us off and said to pull up to the window we assume they weren’t understanding what we wanted, so we did what they said and when we did they just gave us the amount, they didn’t repeat the order and gave attitude when we added another drink which we wouldn’t have had to ask if they let us finish our order in the first place. We just paid for HALF of what we wanted and left
Kiosk is the flavor of the day. Guess employees are too busy to take your order the old fashioned way. They couldn't even say my name ( Doug became dawgk ) correctly. . $32 for 12 PC family bucket, wow pricey! The chicken is still ok but a little dry from what I remember!

I just want to share this. I just want to say that in any business you don't lock your door a Hour before closing with people still in the lobby eating and someone up at the counter ordering his food, and a drive through wrapped around the building. I was walking up to the door and the lady locked the door before I could get to it. I wasn't even gonna stay in the place and eat I was gonna take it back to the hotel and eat. Just on the flip side of things, being a trucker and driving all day and getting this kind of treatment isn't very nice nor very much not appreciated. But I can say this I pray for her and to others out here in this cruel world that we are living today. Just because other's choose to be this way and be ugly doesn't mean we have to mimick their actions. I pray that this opens your eyes to be kind and not ugly. Even when it's not popular, nor is it practiced. I say why not be the few that shine for those around us and let's be an encouragement to others and Shine the light of Jesus and show Love and compassion and empathy. Each one of us is Given Mercy and Grace every single day. We are still here alive and well and God is allowing is to take the opportunity to get things right with Him another day.
