Not very pleased! It was quite pricy for what I got. The chicken was overcooked and dry. I had to wait for ten minutes for my biscuits. I will more than likely not be returning.

Order was wrong when I got home. Specifically asked for 8 piece bucket and said 2 each of breast, legs, wings, and thighs. Got home and had 4 thighs, 2 legs and 2 wings. This location does things like this frequently. I know others in this area with the same issue. I trusted the guy in drive through since he said the 8 piece bucket always comes as I had ordered. My mistake in trusting that they finally hired people who know what the 8 pieces actually look like.

Food was not great, but our cashier Ce, was fantastic. I wish she would go somewhere else where her people skills and customer service were better matched with the quality of food and the environment. She was fast, friendly and accurate. She told us about all the deals that were going on and saved us about $10 on our meal. She was knowledgeable and professional and she is the only thing that kept me from giving a 1 star review. Other employees here are rude, cold, and act like you’re bothering them. One of the employees said they needed a managers help, and I could hear the manager screaming from the back “WHAT DO YOU WANT NOW?!” I can’t imagine what it’s like working at a place with such poor behavior from leadership. Anyways. I probably won’t be back simply because the food was not as good as I’d hoped. Maybe it would be different during a different time of day or under a different supervisor.

Just came through the drive about 17 minutes to close ( didn’t pay attention to the time). Tonya made sure our food was hot and fresh!!! Not use to this especially in these times! Where the employees are just as hard and cold as the food they serve you! Thank you Tonya! For being a human being and a wonderful host!
Need to change the speaker on drive thru...I ordered coleslaw a pint. Was not charged.didn't receive.....the worker and I was having a communication problems..your loss

Chicken was fresh, everything I ordered was in the bag which is awesome because there is nothing worse than ordering the family meal and getting it home to find something missing. Employees are attentive and pleasant.
