I love lakeside and always love the service there but today I didn't get it. I was waiting for the girl to get my order who was on the phone taking a order who was very nice and already had told me she would be right with me which was not a big deal at all another lady came up and took my order and was very rude to the girl!!Then I had to return to get my stuff that wasn't in the bag! But to the lady that stepped in shame on you for being so rude to the girl and then didn't even make sure my order was all together. There is enough rude people in this world try to be a little more patient and nicer.

They had a special. Shepherds Pie. When it came it was overdone hamburger meat with mash potatoes on top with too much cheese on top. Nothing like shepherds pie i have had in the past. I could not eat it. I shared my wife’s fish and chips. The waitress was nice as she apologized, with the bill… including the $12.99 for the shepherds pie. Last visit. We will be going to Parrott Island in the future for lunch. Never had a bad meal there

Today was the best experience we have had at lakeside (every experience we have had has been good here) today Ms. Tracy was amazing! She suggested a dish and it is my new favorite! She interacted and accommodated everything my 3 year old needed! My husband and I left in a wonderful mood with full bellies! The best lunch I’ve had in a while!

This place is never a bad choice. The staff is friendly and makes you feel like home. The food is second to none! They have great breakfast options all day, and a Gyro platter, wrap and Greek salad that hits the spot when you want to change it up!

Super clean diner-type restaurant. I got the veggie omelet (made with egg whites) and added feta cheese. It was delicious ?! Service was absolutely fantastic! If we are in Okeechobee again we will definitely revisit.
