We had a very disappointing experience here. My daughter ordered a drink, took one sip, and it was made wrong. When she sent it back, we were told they couldn’t replace it because “the ingredients are listed on the menu.” That’s not the kind of customer service you expect when something is obviously not right.
Then her chicken sandwich came out — and it was literally just two chicken strips on bread. Very underwhelming for what’s supposed to be a meal.
Our waitress was okay, but she clearly wasn’t familiar with the menu, was forgetful, and didn’t come across as very friendly.
Between the lack of service, poor food quality, and the refusal to make things right, we won’t be coming back.

Freaking LOVED this place!!! I got the Western Burger. Man do they know how to do a burger! And the fries were amazing! They were heavier like a steak fry. I only got the burger but it looked like they have a large variety of spirits.
My first impression of the place was not good. The service was slow and portion of my meal was bad. That must have been a bad night. After giving it another try. I was pleasantly surprised. We were provided by quick friendly service and the food was on point. I'm glad we decided to try Lunker's again.

Went in and seated waited 10 minutes for waitress and ordered drinks. Waited 10 more for drinks that were horrible. Made food order and ask for water. The waitress never brought water or even stopped back to table. Was in the restaurant for 45 minutes and never saw the waitress again. We left money for drinks and left. I like the food but we never got our water.
