As an over the road truck driver, I’ve seen some filthy bathrooms. This McDonald’s has one of them. Food was fresh. What you’d expect. My thing is, had I known the bathroom was that dirty, I wouldn’t have gotten anything to eat here. Say what you want, my thoughts are and always have been this; the kitchen will only be as clean as the restrooms. With the condition of the restroom, I’ll not be coming back.

Sausage McMuffin with Egg meals were not good. Muffin not toasted and egg was old. Yolk green and oxidized. The 5.00 value was great, however bad quality overshadowed the deal. I’d rather pay full price for great food.

I’ve been asked them to put the gloves on before touch the food from fries station and set station in few months when I attended there. They still refused to use it. I want to show every of you see that because I am care about your health safety reasons.
I am very disappointed that they gave me some not fresh Hushbrown that been sitting over 30 mins even they made more Hushbrowns and not even busy time in the morning couple days ago. I straight the older lady who work set and front cashier. I told her all the hushbrowns is not fresh (I ordered four) she walked to got and gave me one and unfresh. I am very disappointed afterwards. I told her about the gloves too. She kept speaking to other teams what I said even I cannot hear or read the lips which is not cool at all. I don’t appreciate it the service how they did. Even I worked 5 different fast foods that required put the gloves on before touch your food no matters if you wash the hands period.

Order big Mac to go, brought it home to eat and lettuce,burger was out of the box. Sandwich was dry. Go back to hiring teenagers and retires instead of these people trying to make a career of this difficult job. This isn't the first time something like this has happened at this McDonald's, but it will take be my last!

Horrible SERVICE. I WAS WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE MY ORDER FOR AT LEAST 5 minutes and no one was in line but me. A lot of Workers were standing around behind the counter not really doing much and no one made eye contact. I called out asking for help and a young girl who was running around too fast and acting crazy was very rude to me and my small dogs calling my dogs stupid. No one ever took my order so I left and will never ever will eat at this McDonalds again. Really bad management and service. I can see by other reviews I AM NOT ALONE IN MY EXPERIENCE. Its The one on 441 S Okeechobee Next to the Flamingo Motel.

This McDonald's is not the Greatest the service is awful, no one greets you for acknowledges you whether it's breakfast lunch or dinner the older lady that works there with the purple hair is rude, the manager that has gray hair and it's shaped onto the side is also not so nice, the bathrooms are disgusting they're never cleaning in their versus the other McDonald's on Park is absolutely clean they're always cleaning and at least they acknowledged the customers, of course this is just my opinion that as many times as I've been in to visit the bathrooms are always disgusting, and just a customer service is awful, it feels like everyone there is an angry, there's also a young lady that has long black hair with glasses always has an attitude as well, I believe the other McDonald's is so much better and their customer service it's much better than this McDonald's on 441 , as I truly believe customer service is the key.. treating your customers saying good morning good afternoon or good evening or at least acknowledge the customer.. and this McDonald's doesn't at all
How the ice cream machine never works it’s 91 degrees here in Florida !! Get it together smh it’s always something with this place.

McDonald's on 441 South is independently owned and much more pleasant to visit than the other location on Hwy 70. Employees are friendly and the food is fresh and hot.
