Absolutely horrible McDonald’s might as well drive five minutes down the road and go to any other McDonald’s. The manager was horrible absolutely one of the worst managers I’ve ever dealt with. Missed my food… coke was horrible like clear I thought it was iced tea and the fries were half full on a large and when questioned I was told “we don’t stuff them” I didn’t ask for it to be stuffed I asked for large fries like I ordered. Staff you can just tell HATE working there. Even her workers (who are way nicer than her) admitted “wow they did you like that” on how skimpy the fries were so not only did you get high up on your horse and try to correct me when I wasn’t wrong but you also weren’t and didn’t even do your job correctly as a MANAGER who served me you missed food that literally couldn’t have been any easier to do correctly. Not to mention your employees LAUGH at you when you speak.

Ordered thru app. Received order and it was wrong. Went back around thru drive-thru and said I asked for NO ONIONS & NO PICKLES. They were supposed to remake burger and I verified with the guy that brought it out, he said yes they remade it. I looked but a ton of mustard & ketchup was on it so when I got home I looked at it again and there were onions under all the ketchup and one in the box. I’m ALLERGIC to onions so I called to speak with a manager and he had to keep asking other people in the background because he didn’t know the answer. He said I could come back and get a refund or he’d make me a new one himself. I told him I wasn’t driving all the way back up there for a refund or another burger, I live 10 miles away. He said come back tomorrow and he’d give me a refund. Also fries were cold and the large fry was only half full!!!!! Last time I’ll go back to this location!!!

Management is HORRIBLE! Someone needs to send Leah back to training. Zero customer service. This McDonald’s is horrible. Food is NEVER correct, always pull every car up and make you wait forever to get your food so they can trick the timers and the entire staff is rude.

Restaurant was dirty, bathrooms were gross. There was toilet paper all of the floors. They were out of hamburgers patties. We ordered food on the kiosk, they never gave us our drinks. We ordered sweet tea and had to go ask for them. They gave us two cups and said they didn’t have sweet tea. We ordered two apple pies and they said they were out and would make us two cookies. Trying to get someone’s attention was difficult because they were all standing in the back talking.

Very horrible customer service! I was standing in line after ordering on the kiosk just to get my cups!!! Then when I informed the manager, she gave a snarky attitude and stormed off. I’m sorry but we were waiting for 20+ minutes for our food and our cups! The other employees saw us as well & did nothing except chat with each other. Please get better staff for night shift.

Ordered 2 large meals only received 1 of the fries, when asked about it we said we were missing a fry. The manages said we didn't order it. They are liars, rude and all acted like they don't want to be there. Do not recommend, and will not go back.

Yeah they are quick and easy but they lied to you as always tried to get a McFlurry for my daughter and a caramel frappe for myself and they told me the ice cream machine was down. Yet as I'm collecting my food I'm watching the manager mixing and ice cream🤔

I ordered my food after seeking help to use their self order screen. That does not have any instructions. Would rather order from real person. I ordered large fries, but should only order regular they never fill up fry containers. Fries were cold.
