Can’t wait to go back
Awesome!
Best sandwiches in town! I had a custom BLT with basil mayo on foccacia bread, and it was incredible! They also have the best pasta salad I have ever had! The pulled pork panini is also amazing! I love this place.
The food was awesome. We will definitely be back for more.
Pulled Pork Chili is outstanding! Everything was delicious- so happy we found it
The first time here, this place was full when we got here. So, I just assumed it was good. It was before 12, and they closed at 6, but their soup was all gone. We had 2 tuna melts. They were good. I had a latte it was way too sweet, not enough coffee, only sugar. We also had a smoothie it was decent. Then we had 3 cupcakes. Of each flavor that was a disappointment not fresh, they were stale and not soft, and the frosting tasted weird probably won't return.
Coffee was good and food was excellent. Will come back when in the area.
Found this little gem by accident on our way home. You won't be disappointed eating healthy here. The food was amazing!
Good little restaurant to grab a quick bite to eat. Sandwiches are made fresh to order. They even have quiche.
Fantastic bowls! Never had a bad meal here, always fresh and tasty.

Decided to try something new this morning little did I know when McKenzie took my order that I would be walking into a cafe and sitting for 30 min for nothing . Ordered 2 plain French toast and 30 min later I was still waiting only to ask do they know about how much longer then the lady in the back cooking say no it’s gonna be a bit I don’t have the recipe. I thought everybody knew how to make French toast … apparently not. Staff wasn’t friendly and the food in the serving dishes were old. Very crappy establishment. No wonder why Dunkin’ doughnuts line is always so long, not many choices in this town. Definitely pay attention to reviews. I looked back and noticed this was possibly a great place at one point but no recent positive reviews seems like they’ve declined in service.
I recently visited Nutmeg's Cafe in Okeechobee, and it was a great experience! The cafe has a charming, vintage vibe with hodge podge decor that makes you feel right at a country market. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel like a regular from the moment I walked in.
The menu offers a fantastic variety of sandwiches, salads, and homemade quiches. I tried the ham and broccoli quiche, which was recommended by a staff member, and it was absolutely delicious! The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. I also couldn't resist trying one of their cakeballs, which were heavenly.
The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a casual lunch or a relaxing afternoon. The cafe also offers a selection of gourmet "Working Cow Homemade Ice Cream," which is a must-try.
Overall, Nutmeg's Cafe is a hidden gem in Okeechobee. The food is top-notch, the service is excellent, and the ambiance is just right. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal in a warm, friendly environment.
