They should update store number with doordash so there are no discrepancies. As a delivery driver, there system is delayed in marking orders as delivered; thus creating tension and delaying my new ability to take orders and make money. Called store when I saw the driver (through their tracking app) was going in the wrong direction. The woman I talked to on the phone was rude and kept telling me that I needed to call DoorDash however I placed my order through Papa John's app. I didn't have contact information for DoorDash. I let her know they contracted with DoorDash so it should be their responsibility to contact them to get the driver turned into the right direction. Finally got a call from the driver who said he was sent to a dead end. Told him I had called the store letting them know that you were going on the wrong direction and they said there was nothing they could do but wait.

I recently became a doordash driver and this store is destroying me. So so so many people order from here and it's always $2 order for over 5 miles. How is that fair? Every other restaurant here has a decent pay for their driver! Just rude. And no we can't pick and choose our orders every time.

Pay your Doordash drivers!! Every dang order from this place is $2 dang dollars. I'm not driving all the way to basswood or TI for $2. This is a horrible restaurant to get orders from. Brings my rating down every single time I get an order from here. Please be kind to all workers. Dashers pay for their gas and car maintenance themselves!

They dont pay their delivery drivers. As a doordash driver this restaurant really destroys our rating we have to maintain. EVERY order from here is $2.00. No matter how many miles. 5-8 miles? Its Still going to be $2. No thank you

Waited over an hour and a half for my food. By the time I got it, it was cold. And of course nobody can answer the phone so you can speak to them about it.

Don’t listen to them when they say they’ll make it right and give you a free pizza when they mess up cause obviously they have the managerial skills of a possum . Messed up my last order and then didn’t add the credit to my account , and apparently the one at the counter “cant do anything about it “ so don’t waste your time !!!

Just had a delivery driver fall asleep in my front yard. I called the store and am pretty sure he is the one who answered because he didn’t act surprised or ask any questions. Not sure where to go from here. I don’t want him to injure himself or anyone else.
