Tried placing an order on line and couldn’t bc there was a glitch in their program. Called to place the order and after explaining the situation was told I had to wait on hold for 20 minutes bc they were busy. This is poor service - you have lost our business.

Love their pizza but prefer phone calls with the auto-mated machine because I was refused an order while they were open because it would take 4 min and they wanted to go home in 3 😪 I’m butt hurt fr I was so wanting some after a long trip

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unmatched Customer Service & Amazing Pizza!
This Papa John’s is hands down the best food experience we’ve ever had! We accidentally ordered buffalo sauce instead of pizza sauce, and WOW—our mouths were on fire! When we went back inside to see if they could remake it, they did it without hesitation AND even gave us sodas to help cool down the spice. Talk about above and beyond service!
You won’t find this kind of generosity and care at Taco Bell, McDonald’s, or any other fast food chain. Here, they actually care about their customers and want to make sure you leave happy. Plus, the pizza? WAY better than any burger or taco! Fresh ingredients, delicious crust, and always made right.
If you’re debating where to grab your next meal, skip the drive-thru and come here instead. You won’t regret it!

The absolute worse Employees.... I have never ordered but I am a dasher... sometimes the music that is playing is very inappropriate and very loud..... dance party instead of working... the one Employee purposely makes my orders late... as from her own mouth... she is rude and should not have her job!

Greeted by a very nice young lady who was doing it all making pizza cashiering customers answering the phone and all with a smile and good attitude Pizza wash hot fresh will great flavor very happy with our visit on 12-31-2024 may haft to be patient as they maybe a little understaffed as busy times but the food and service is worth it 5 stars

Apparently this Papa John's in Okeechobee uses doordash for deliveries. The pizza that I ordered to have delivered was placed on the front porch when no one was home. The driver said he called the number no one answered and he left a message that the pizza was on the front porch. This is not an appropriate policy. When I called the manager to have another pizza delivered she said that was not possible because it was a day later. I will never again use this Papa John in Okeechobee Florida. Poor management poor policies all together very bad experience. Mind you Okeechobee is very rural a lot of woods a lot of wild animals. The pizza left on the front porch was unacceptable. I guess all the animals had a great time eating my Grandson's Birthday Pizza. I sent a Papa John's large pizza with three meat toppings to Susan's for John's 10th birthday yesterday, his birthday is today. I thought it would be better to get it over on Friday around 4:00 p.m. because they might be out for his birthday on Saturday this is the text I got from doordash. He said he went to the door nobody answered and he called and left Susan a voice message saying he left the pizza on the front porch 😳😞🥴

They should update store number with doordash so there are no discrepancies. As a delivery driver, there system is delayed in marking orders as delivered; thus creating tension and delaying my new ability to take orders and make money. The store phone number is it is 863-467-7272 and doordash should know this.

Called store when I saw the driver (through their tracking app) was going in the wrong direction. The woman I talked to on the phone was rude and kept telling me that I needed to call DoorDash however I placed my order through Papa John's app. I didn't have contact information for DoorDash. I let her know they contracted with DoorDash so it should be their responsibility to contact them to get the driver turned into the right direction. Finally got a call from the driver who said he was sent to a dead end. Told him I had called the store letting them know that you were going on the wrong direction and they said there was nothing they could do but wait.
