Incompetent franchise... ordered 1 pizza 3 hours before I wanted to pick up. Told it was in the oven after standing at counter with no help for 10 minutes. 6 customers around me waiting 20 minutes plus also. 2 workers, floor girl and strung out pizza boy.... 34 minutes after 7pm pickup still waiting. Got up and left

I ordered 100 dollars worth of food and my buffalo chicken pizza is dry there is no buffalo on it at all. I will never order from them again. I payed all this money for the food to suck thanks a lot pizza hut that sucks. Never ever again.. and no I don't want myoney back,no I don't want y'all to remake the pizza just know that I will never ever order from all again. Just like every other place in Okeechobee. Y'all all suck

Ordered delivery. Driver dropped all my food on the ground. I get it inside and my breadsticks were missing. Ordered extra sauce on the pizza and got absolutely NO sauce at all... called and was told no refunds, only credit to use on my account. Have yet to see any credit. Worst pizza experience...

I was not happy with pizza hut I had to call 3 times to be able to place my order they really over charge because if you don't order a serant price they won't take your order plus they charge you a delivery fee I won't order from pizza hut again they was rude on the phone too
The waitress overcharged us find $10 and never offered to fix it and we asked her to fix it and she said she didn't know how.
