Ordered online at 12:45pm for 5pm p/u. Pizza wasn’t ready until 5:20pm. Asked for some compensation for the 20 minute delay. Wouldn’t offer anything. The pizza had 3 inch edge of crust with maybe 3 pepperonis per slice. I will never order from Pizza Hut in Okeechobee, FL again. VERY poor customer service at the counter. Teach your associates to say “may I help you” and “thank you”.

Awful experience. I won't be ever be ordering from there again. They messed up my finances order after she clearly asked for no mozzarella on the Alfredo pasta she ordered for our son who is allergic. We called back and they said they'd remake it only to add even more mozzarella onto it the second time. Complete incompetence at this location.

Manager was nice to let us take in our Emotional Support Animal. Great place!
We tried to dine in for dinner. Ordered our drinks,watched waitress carry them out, then just sat them down where the salad bar usually was, and walked away from them. Ok🤦♀️I guess.
The menu looked odd, and nothing like a Pizaa Hut menu I have ever seen.
No prices on anything, which lead me to think, we could be charged according to however they'd like.
NO thanks, if your not upfront about your prices, I can't order from your establishment.
I refuse to be surprised with a bill.

I would not work here or even apply. It is not suitable for anyone under 21. This is not a real pizza hut it's an adt franchise and they are not adhering to Pizza Huts practices or policies, standards or traditions. I would not eat here due to sanitation of the oven. Manager and region manager need some Serious NCO counseling. The franchise company already has public settlement for disability discrimination.

Ordered double pepperoni, extra cheese. There are 3 pepperonis on these slices and little cheese.
If I pay 5$ extra for these ingredients I should actually get them, making a pepperoni pizza is not that hard.
