Jessica was a horrible servant, food was good but Jessica had an attitude the whole time, interrupting me every time I was about to order and didn’t have any manners.

Construction work was being done to make the drive through more palatable, therefore I had to go inside for service. That wasn't bad at all. I don't usually shop at fast food venues because the nutritional value is extremely low. But this wasn't a bad stop at all.

Whenever we visit Okeechobee, my daughter likes to go here for the spicy ghost pepper chicken.

This was the most Awesome and perfect Popeyes. I'd say even the man up stairs would come down just to try this Popeyes. Don't know what Cali is doing wrong they even get paid more in California and yet the real ones work rt here. spirit was felt here. Don't forget bk

I waited for 10 minutes, the cashier spoke to her 3 times and she didn't even move to say anything to me. This place is the worst.

Bad customer service and even worse food, the worst tasting Popeyes I’ve ever been to. Food was bland chicken, fries, biscuits everything the only thing that tasted good was my ketchup packet. Do better

The food was Awesome, staff was very nice, I met the manger Ms Monica was very attentive, she recommended a few things and was on point, I will definitely be back thank you Okeechobee Popeyes and Ms Monica for the Best service

The place is very dirty inadequate the service the food terrible an employee named Jesica ignored us for about 5 minutes for when she wanted to serve us she had an unpleasant arrogant attitude and not at all cordial she does not know how to communicate or express anything like the popeyes of Orlando are the opposite

This Popeyes is the most terrible restaurant in the state! They serve food with flies swarming around it! They also serve the food very old and cold! Please don't go to this location, food and customer service are horrible!

I have noticed since the new manager MRS.MONICA has started the store has made such a positive change, it's more pleasant to walk in and be able to communicate and being acknowledge as you walk in , ...
Versus when in the past before miss Monica was working there not even the managers were acknowledged you everybody had an attitude the store look dirty so I am very happy that she is there and you have new employees that I have seen , and all I could say is ever since the new employees and Ms Monica is not managing the store it's a better place to walk in and be able to have lunch or dinner thanks to all the new stuff and the new management you guys have made Popeyes now a great place to eat lunch and dinner and to be able to walk in and be in acknowledged I wish you the best of luck to all the staff and the new management...
