Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Every employee needs to be fired and trained staff hired. The worst experience I've ever had at any type of restaurant ever.
The staff walked like they were in quicksand, no greeting, eye contact , acknowledgement of any kind except by the counter person and that was after standing there for 10 minutes.
Counter person was also the manager.
Very rude young woman doing window orders definitely needs to go.
A woman came in to get her order because she had been waiting 30 minutes at the drive through.
Rude young woman handed it to her and glared at her while she made sure it was correct and didn't apologize for the long wait.
This was for a $54 order
When I finally got my order my friend had already finished his meal.
The rude girl handed me my fine in order in a to go bag and sarcastically said ' you're welcome'.
There is no excuse for this type of service.
I would give minus 10 stars if that was an option.
I'm definitely going to call corporate headquarters about my experience at this location

I ordered from them through uber eats and they gave my order to somebody else and I was not refunded.

The staff were very busy doing there own thing instead of working. We had to wait an hour for 8 piece meal and two popcorn shrimp dinners. The mac and cheese was just a clump of cheese, the chicken very old and mushy. The shrimp never came we just received boxes of biscuits.
I'm not really sure as to why this place is still open.

Ordered in the app for pickup in the drive thru. Was asked to park, no problem. All I ordered was 2 sides and some biscuits and took 15-20 minutes to get our order.

Worst service ever, always! I pick up for my guys when they're working extra hard but I can't anymore. This is a consistent problem with Popeyes across the state and I travel a lot. They take forever to take your order even when you're the ONLY ONE in the drive through, never repeat the order correctly and no matter how friendly you are, they are always surly. Must be a company issue. It's like Walmart, nobody seems pleased to be there and they could give less then 3 you-know-whats if you care.

We had a good meal I think the food is a little too salty but it was fresh and cooked right .

If y'all are rating this Popeyes anything other then 5, travel somewhere else and visit a Popeyes. Just moved back from Palm Beach county and this store, the food is great and all three times service has been amazing. Leads me to Believe, these negative comments, well a lot of them are just low life trailer park Karen's. Keep up the good work. It's not yalls fault that they didn't have teeth to eat the chicken
