I took my mom, sister and grandson to lunch. My grandson is very picky and the manager Christy did a fast and awesome job creating exactly what he wanted. I wanted a meatball sub, but was informed they were currently out and made a very worthy alternative steak based sub. Very very professional and would recommend this service for anyone!

9/10/25 It's 9pm I'm stuck on the side of the road and the Subway is supposed to stay open until 10pm. Whoever the girl is that runs the subway closed at 9:00 p.m. and refused to give me any service.

I had a bad experience because I went with my family and we placed the order at the time I had to pay, the person in charge simply did not accept my discount coupon and it seems disrespectful to me. Because they are a franchise and must respect the offers and coupons so I recommend if you do not want to go through a bad experience like mine, refrain from going to this location you will have a bad time and will have to pay without your discount

I am super upset how it is possible that being a franchise. They don't want to accept the discount coupons that one has, it is a lack of respect to the client, this should not happen!!! So I recommend if you have any coupon and you want to use it, do not come to this location because they simply do not accept it.

The manager sucks. She cut everyone’s hours and she can work 30 hours but if anyone else wanted more hours she won’t give them.

The food is great. The employees are awesome but it needs a remodel. Looks very old but is clean.
Vegetarian options: Lots if veggies for sub or salad.
Kid-friendliness: Big area. High chairs.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped ♿️ parking & easy accessible tables. Lots of parking but lot needs re-paving.

6 Subways in Okeechobee, and this one and the one in Walmart are owned by the same franchise, and you can tell. They have all the different types of bread, and they have all the add ons 98 % of the time. Staff is great with the exception of 2 at this store that had no idea I had come in the side entrance. 2 of them stood out in the parking lot, speaking to 1 inside the truck. I stood in there for 12 minutes, waiting to see how long it was before they noticed me. They looked my way a few times, but I don't think they could see in. Fortunately for them, I'm not a thief, or I would've had the money in the register. Finally, another couple came in, standing there for about 4 minutes, then left. They heard their vehicle start up and quickly came inside. The look on their face was priceless. They went around the back, and one came to the counter and apologized, stating they were at shift change. I just smiled.
