This is basically a takeout restaurant; outside seating in the back. We had to drive around the block a couple times to find where Google was taking us; I’m glad we did cuz the food is worth it. Best beans and barbecue we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend. They have a couple tables inside.

As a Texan where BBQ is king, Sunshine BBQ in Okeechobee, Florida, is the best-kept secret in town! Every item on the menu is a winner. We had the pulled pork, brisket, and smoked chicken - all were phenomenal. Great food paired with fabulous service made for an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Today we made a short stop here during our vacation because of the positive reviews. The staff was very friendly, polite and accommodating. The food was incredibly delicious. My husband, my two children and I were full and were particularly enthusiastic about the delicious pulled pork. Thank you for the pleasant stay. We'd love to come back when we're in the area again!
Ordered the pulled pork sandwich combo. The pulled pork was good and the smoke flavor was perfect. The sandwich itself is huge and is easily 2 meals for me. The sauce is really tasty and they put it on the sandwich for you which I'm okay with but had I know I would have asked for extra but I will know for next time.

Was in town for a business meeting. Wanted bbq and here this was rated 4.8, so thought it was a good bet for good meal. First, let me say that the staff was friendly, polite and courteous so it makes it hard to say negative things here. But meats, especially the brisket, was just awful - No flavor, stringy. The chicken didn’t taste smoked, and the pulled pork felt boiled and no bark. The saving grace was the sauces. The coleslaw lacked any flavor. The best part of the meal was the crinkle-cut fries. Not something to be excited about when you go for bbq. Really prefer to support local businesses when go out to eat, but this makes me pause for the next time. Again nice staff, but the bbq was a real disappointment.
