Lady on drive through was pretty rude… Also asked us to back up in the drive through to reset some sort of timer laser thing - not sure what this is but it was wierd
ordered 6 items …. all 6 were completely wrong… they must be out of lettuce and cheese and stuff cuz we only got beef and a shell.
Lessons learned- keep eating at home 😂

We tried to order inside but you can only use the kiosk, which was frustrating when you want to make customizations - it takes 5x as long navigating the menu. The woman at the front cash register said they literally cannot take orders and we have to use the kiosk. So, we went through the drive thru. Our order was wrong twice. The second item that was wrong they fixed and handed to us with a creepy fake smile like they did something to it. No thanks. I do not recommend!

The food was great and all but what gets me is that when I ask for extra bacon or steak or anything extra I expect to have extra in my food I just ordered on Uber and spent 47 dollars total and that was for extra stuff in my food which I didn't get so I done lost 8 bucks I understand you guys will be busy from time to time but PLEASE be MINDFUL and CONSIDERATE of people's money, time and their hunger cause I can't stress it enough thank you for doing what you do but please be mindful thank you

I HAVE BEEN PROFUSELY VOMMITING FOR THE PAST 3 HOURS!!! Taco Bell is all I’ve eaten today, so it’s 100% because of their food! I ordered the chicken quesadilla meal with the crunchy taco. When I was eating the quesadilla bit into a piece of chicken that was rubbery like if I was chewing on a bouncy ball. It instantly filled my mouth with a rotten garbage taste 🤢🤮 I am considering going to the E.R.! DO NOT EAT THE FOOD AT THIS LOCATION

I love taco bell but the last four time I have been to Taco Bell my order has been wrong,the last time I went was last night I ordered the double cheese beef burrito and all that was in the burrito was cheese and rice I am very disappointed in how many times I have went there and my order has been wrong

I spent 100 dollars. I was still missing 4 items. It was really good. Very slow. they needs to check everything twice.
Spent $60 on dinner for my family. Only got about $30 worth of food and they were extremely chintzy the fries were stale the chips were stail and I'm missing four or five items from my order. Extremely unhappy considering the fact that I gave them an hour and a half notice before pickup and still couldn't get it right. I picked up on time and everything was cold like it has sat there for hours. I will probably never be back. Rediculous.

The crew that was working at 3pm today was fantastic. I could see the whole kitchen it was very clean and they were wearing gloves. One of the employees was checking the temp of the food and the staff was very friendly!

Stay away from this Taco Bell. Been here twice in the last time was the last. Waited 15 minutes with no line just to get our food for two people. They had us pull up out of the drive-through as well so no one knew how long it would take to serve us. I wrote corporate nothing happened. It’s the food was burnt. There is no meat inside. I’ve been to plenty of Taco Bell’s and I never really complained so that’s how you know. It was bad.
