The missing star is because of the appetizer. The Tin Fish Sampler was pricey, and I wouldn't have minded if it has tasted like it was worth the money I spent for it, but it wasn't great... we left nearly all of it on the plate (see pic) The rest of the meal was terrific tho. We spent $100 for the three of us -- including the tip. We had 3 diners, two of them had the grouper sandwich, 1 had the fried shrimp plate. We had 2 beers, two sodas, and one very expensive lackluster appetizer. Thankfully the service was excellent and the entrees were delicious. The restaurant is also very nice to look at.

Stopped here after exploring Okeechobee. Ordered fried pickles and cheeseburger with fries. Pickles were great but burger wasn't good at all. On menu, says 100% Angus but it definitely was not. Tasted like a McDonald's burger and cheese was weird. Fries tasted frozen not fresh. Odd that Okeechobee is surrounded by cow farms and serving cheap meat. Server was nice and decor was ok.
Came to FL from WA and stopped here for lunch. The server was delightful, the food was hot, fresh, delicious, and came quickly.If you're passing by, definitely stop in.
