This store has amazing staff. We are evacuating from Hurricane Milton as Hurricane Helene flooded our home. The staff was very friendly and polite. The facility was very clean. Staff was helpful and the food was very fresh and delicious!

This place is terrible waited in line for 10 minutes then another 15 for the person running drive-thru to go have a smoke break in their car. Took their time coming back to take orders and still did not help anyone for another good minute. We had 10 cars behind us that still were there when we drove back by. Then when people post about it they all want to target the person talking a lot of smack to who made the post instead of thinking oh maybe we should do better. This place lost buisness here in old town. Your employees are rude and their service sucks. Get better honestly. All of us will now gladly drive to cross city for way better service. 😌 Don't go here unless you want to wait forever just to order and deal with terrible customer service.

Yea just not happy. I gave it a chance after other horrible times .... I waited almost 10 minutes for a cheese burger, fries and chicken strips. They hand me the bag and take it back because she realized she forgot the chicken strips. So kept my food unbagged it and made me pull up another 10 mins for those. So by the time I got my fries and cheese burger back everything was cold. Except the strips. Very unprofessional...
May have been short staffed. Long time to get cold food.
