The Hardee’s in Cross City is one of those locations that reminds you how good fast food can be when it’s done right. Every visit has been consistently solid, from the friendly service to the quality of the food. Rolled into Old Town hungry before heading out to go hunting, so I stopped by Hardee’s. Ended up having one of the best drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had thanks to Sadie. She’s awesome — super friendly, great energy, and actually helpful in choosing what to get. She was patient while I figured out what I wanted and even recommended a combo that hit the spot.
She got everything right, made the whole thing easy, and honestly just gave off the kind of good vibe...

Drive through was great. The ambience was pure magic. The scratch biscuits are definitely addictive. Particularly when combined with sausage. The coffee tastes like coffee ... it's good. Little tater tots are lovely. I'll be back. Again.
