Call center did not forward order. Then when I get there no lettuce. Cashier was very rude. I explained I called in my order she replied what do you want me to do about it. Had to wait 20 more minutes. Dough not cooked all the way. Laughed at me when I said I would like to speak to a manger. Told me owner comes in the morning but he won't do nothing .

I ordered from phone ...of course who knows where person is actually cause its not the store ....placed order for curbside. Spent last hour trying to get through to a person that could bring pizza to Car and then after 30 minutes to remove charge from my card since no pizza was gotten . Nor a decent customer service simply as answering the phone

Good luck getting to actually speak to someone at the store.... They have sold out apparently and you can only speak to some call center and they have no way to get you connected to the actual people making your food.... Will never order with them

I live 5.2 miles from Hungry Howie's in Old Town. they refused to deliver because they claim I live 10 miles away so I didn't get anything . I could go get it myself but I'll be damned if I'm going too.. they just lost a customer for life...

Never got to even get my food. Bad customer service. Beware making a phone orders... it doesn't call the store and the store will apparently not answer when the order line tries to contact them about specific needs.... disappointing. Hungry Howies is our fav, this location has just failed on staffing.

Ordered a Greek Salad, got home and they had given me Buttermilk Ranch Dressing. If I would have wanted a regular salad, I would have ordered it. Tried calling them twice about it and hung up after holding for 10 minutes each time as no one was answering phone. Oh and they did not have change for a $20 when the order was $15.
