I went last Sunday about 7 PM Walk in and no hostess I sat at bar. I have a timer on my phone. It took 3 minutes for bartender. She could not say Hi as she had mouth full of food. She had to chew and swallow first. She took my order then disappeared. I saw her at table in dining room with her meal. She was eating. My food finally came out. I had no silverware no napkins no condiments. She had to go other side of bar to get that. Food was cold French fries cold mushy. She was not around. Then I heard yelling and arguing from kitchen. This went on for several minutes. I could hear all the way in front of dining room. The whole restaurant stopped. The yelling continued for several minutes. No manager was on site. I got another server to cash me out. This is NOT SOMETHING I WANT TO EXPERIENCE. Not a good experience.

William Is a very nice guy he’s the cook. I had a question and I saw him walking in he went above an beyond to get me information on an application an brought a manager to me. Katie the bartender is also so sweet go see her she’s very nice and outgoing. 5 stars friendly

We've given this particular location 3 different tries and the service is super slow. I could see if they were packed but not even half of the tables were seated. It again took 50 minutes to get two bourbon street chicken entrees, which tasted great. They seriously need to up their service game. Unfortunately this was the last straw. We will not be back to this location.

No host no waiters no bartender but there were customers (scratching head). My wife and I and another couple just standing waiting. Go to TBBC instead. You are better off. We did. :)

Normally, this particular Applebees is a great place to go...not tonight though. Valentines Day 2020, we got there at 4:47pm...no one was there, maybe three tables tops. Our server was Angie. She took our drink orders, and we also ordered our dinner. We already knew what we wanted. At 5:10pm, she finally brought or drinks out, and at 5:15pm, my coffee finally made it to the table. 5:20pm...no salads, nothing, zilch. Been here half an hour now. 5:25pm, still nothing. Located Angie, told her I wanted to pay for our beverages and leave, since we apparently weren't getting our food anytime soon. She aplogized and muttered something about the coffee was on her and that she was sorry that she never checked on us or our order. Really?!!!! Ruined my early evening for Valentines Dinner...now I had to find somewhere else to go.

I had the onion rings as an appetizer and it was delicious. I also had for my man course the grilled chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli and that was also delicious.

Applebees is always dependable and this location is no exception. Popular restaurant just off I-75. The burgers are good. Large entree selection to appease the whole crew.

I came here to eat with my partner. My partner loves chain food, but I'm not a fan of Applebee's. Their food tastes cheap and they mark it up for a high margin of profit. I eat at other similar restaurants with much better quality of food. This place just doesn't give you want you pay for. I don't like eating at Applebee's.

There's not a lot about Applebee's that's super special or unique. I almost always have an enjoyable experience. It's kind of hard to mess up bar food. There are always some good specials going on. I enjoy that there's always a dollar drink of the month. I'm also a big fan of the all-you-can-eat specials. It's one of my favorite late-night spots for these reasons. If you're looking for a wholesome home cooked meal this isn't the place. It's more of a bar than a restaurant. Don't come here expecting to be wowed by the food. Come here when you want a few drinks and a quick bite too eat at an affordable price. The service can be hit or miss so just sit at the bar, if you do that you'll have no issues waiting for your next drink. The restaurant is definitely marketed different than what it is, but that is understandable because you can't really market yourself as a bar you can bring your kids to, but if the shoe fits.
Food was great and the 2 for $22 deal is great. There was no hostess on duty and we waited a while to be sat. That said the waitress was prompt and provided great service.

No one ever came to our table. The place wasn't crowded. They just let uS sit there. We pushed the button on the screen oomph the table we Ha ad a flashing red light. Servers passed us servers passed us. Nothing. After we had decided what we wanted to order and waited so long my boss saId enough is enough. We are leaving. So we left! We went some where up the road to eat!

Worst meal I've ever had at Applebees. I ordered a take out, two steak fajitas, French onion soups (the soup was great) and caesar salads. The steak fajitas were not edible at all, they were cold and nothing but fat, you couldn't even chew the meat. The soup was hot, but the fajitas were literally cold. So disappointing for over $70.00. And why put spanish rice (that wasn't cooked all the way) mixed with the peppers and onions on fajitas? I've never eaten at this location before and certainly never will again. Why aren't all the locations consistent with the quality of food?

I will say the only reason I gave this place a three was because of how quickly we were seated, the quality of the drinks and how attentive our waitress was. Other than that I will say the food has become subpar in the year and a half that we have been visiting and the entertainment tablet for my kids stopped working because it needed to be charged and I was charged for its complete use.
