We have visited 2 of the Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Duo restaurants in the last 6 months and our first visit at the one by Sam's club, we felt bad because the people there just didn't have a clue what was going on. The Visit today over in Dunedin was just gross, no labels on Ice Cream, frozen frost on the tops of the ice cream and just a dirty overall building. We just went to DairyQueen. I think the Area Director or a higher up needs to address the Training, and the overall cleanliness standards for both of these facilities.

Dirty, gross, no product, freezers thick with frost and it’s falling into ice cream, workers obviously have no training in hygiene and are indifferent to it. Donut on racks has a bit taken out of it… seriously!

This particular store should just close. There are things on their menu that they "no longer have." Thr lady who tried to serve me was nice, but she didn't know anything about the Baskin side of this doubled up restaurant (the other end is Dunkin). There's a reason the reviews are tanked, just go to Dairy Queen or Twistee Treat down the road. Very disappointing corporate would let a store get to this point.

Just keep driving... seriously. Every employee I've ever encountered here acts like ordering ice cream, instead of a coffee and donut, is the biggest inconvenience.... or they'll tell you they "ain't got that", no matter what flavor ice cream you ask for.You'll be better off heading to the Dairy Queen just east of here, or asking someone to slam your vehicle's hood on your fingers, than visiting this location.

They charged us double for 1 milkshake that was inedible. It was a scoop of ice cream with some watery milk over it. We were already down the road when we noticed. Will not go back.

They need to just close this location. I have lived across the street for years and have tried the drive thru, the dining room, and delivery. Never been able to get ice cream from this location.
Disgusting!! Was literally ice, not icecream. Me and my wife had to trash both cones! Really sad how bad it was

They need to get rid of all of their to-go quarts of ice cream. I bought one through the drive-through today, that was old and freezer burnt, completely inedible. It must have been quite old to be like that. I’ve never seen ice cream that way. What a total waste of almost $10! I would’ve taken it back but I don’t live close by, so I just threw it out. They shouldn’t be selling old ice cream like that.
