monique was very rude and talked under her breath so we could not hear her and told us they didn't have anything at 8:14 pm and the other girl with red hair was also very rude. Took about 5-10 mins to take our order with no one in their. Got one milkshake and took 15-20 mins to make and tasted like garbage.

Just keep driving... seriously. Every employee I've ever encountered here acts like ordering ice cream, instead of a coffee and donut, is the biggest inconvenience.... or they'll tell you they "ain't got that", no matter what flavor ice cream you ask for.You'll be better off heading to the Dairy Queen just east of here, or asking someone to slam your vehicle's hood on your fingers, than visiting this location.

This is the very worst location I have ever been in and I have been in many thru out the US. IT's dirty never has much ice cream as it's usually broken. I keep thinking it's going to change but after almost a year not happening better of going down the road for soft serve and a clean store. Also suppose to have donuts but that is a joke also

They charged us double for 1 milkshake that was inedible. It was a scoop of ice cream with some watery milk over it. We were already down the road when we noticed. Will not go back.

They need to just close this location. I have lived across the street for years and have tried the drive thru, the dining room, and delivery. Never been able to get ice cream from this location.

They need to get rid of all of their to-go quarts of ice cream. I bought one through the drive-through today, that was old and freezer burnt, completely inedible. It must have been quite old to be like that. I’ve never seen ice cream that way. What a total waste of almost $10! I would’ve taken it back but I don’t live close by, so I just threw it out. They shouldn’t be selling old ice cream like that.

I just went through the drive thru to order a milk shake and they informed me the machine was down. I questioned what they ment and they told me they are defrosting the ice cream dipping cabinet and told me they couldnt make it. I told them they could still make the milkshake regardless of they were defrosting the machine. They continued to say the ice cream would be too hard to scoop. I said they could use hot water with the scoop as I was a previous cakeDecorator at this specific store and informed them its still possible to make a shake even if the cabinet was defrosting. The employees were straight up being lazy as there were absolutely no one else in line inside or in the drive through! I am so disappointed!!! Employees didnt care

An hour prior to close and all you can order is one scoop of ice cream?? The ice cream which was awful by the way. .. so freezer burnt that there were solid chunks of ice...not worth the money or time....drive a minute farther down the road and just go to Dairy Queen.

Tried to order a hot fudge sundae through drive thru and was told they don’t have the stuff for sundaes, they don’t know why it’s still on the menu. Okay second choice is chocolate shake. No they don’t have chocolate icecream. If you want to get out of the icecream business and just be a Dunkin that’s fine take the signs down. And if you still want to be I. The icecream business.. this really isn’t how you do it.

I wasn't impressed. I was still somewhat satisfied because I AM a foodie and not terribly picky.... however, I was craving a hot fudge sundae...basic vanilla ice cream with hot fudge and whip cream. We arrived rather late for our ice cream break, 845pm'ish and they had a minimal selection of ice cream to choose from and NO vanilla. So I hunted through and found the next best option, vanilla and chocolate with swirled caramel ( I forgot the name). I then asked for hot fudge, to find out they didn't have any. ?♀️ So I settled for chocolate syrup. I asked for some strawberries and thankfully they had some. This sundae is unfortunately not what I was craving, but it was still yummy. I recommend Baskin-Robbins...maybe they will have all you need if you go earlier?
