We went to wild wings in oldsmar tonight. First thing they had no pino grigio so I said I would have a Chardonnay. The server comes back and tells me they don’t have that either. They have no white wine at all. So I ordered a different beverage. The food comes out and I asked for malt vinegar for the fries. She tells me they don’t have that. They only have vinegette dressing. The sandwich I ordered was supposed to have green onions on it, of which there were none. I didn’t even mention that, at that point I I figured they didn’t have them. At no time did the manager come to the table to apologize or even offer to comp the beverage. I was very disappointed with this visit

Bartender had absolutely NO personality. We ordered our meal and my cheese steak came out 10 minutes before my wife's chicken parm sandwich. Beer sat empty for the entire 10 minutes. Didn't see a manager the entire visit. With a Bartender that doesn't have customer skills or a personality, no wonder there was only 6 people at the bar. Come to think of it, there wasn't many tables. These problems are coming from the top. The GM and area manager obviously don't care either.

It's a chain. None of the locals go here. The food is way too expensive for what it is and all of the local pubs/bar & grill have better food for better prices. The attractive servers cycle out of this place pretty quickly.

Food is always wrong. Count your wings because more than likely you’re missing some. They are usually out of a lot of items too. Parking is horrendous. Been hit by another car just by being parked here. Service at the bar is usually pretty good which is why I keep brushing off a bad review. But tonight was the final straw. We walked in and walked out because the girl with short greasy black hair with goofy glasses had too much of a foul attitude to go through with sitting and watching the hockey game. The management also does a horrible job with supporting the Florida teams that they plaster all over their walls as they refuse to change the tvs or play sound for those same teams when any out of state football is on. Just a sad excuse for a sports bar and I’m actually surprised it hasn’t closed down yet.

We went for the BOGO boneless wings on Thursday. Some of the wings were tasty but some had been sitting in grease and we're chewy not so good. Service was good but nothing exceptional.
Server was awesome. Very friendly and the right amount of attentive. The wings were the saddest wings I’ve ever been served. 20 wings gone before you could sneeze. Almost no meat. Good flavor and crispy, but not even two full bites worth per wing. Very tragic.

Arrived at 11:26pm knowing that they specifically will stop serving food at 11:30pm. Upon arriving my friend and I waited 3 minutes before even being helped. Then the server comes over to us at 11:29 and says we’ve stopped serving food it’s 11:30. One, it was not even 11:30pm and two, I feel like she specifically had us wait there at the host stand for 3 minutes just so she could walk over and say that. 1 star for service here. Wasted my time and gas to drive all the way over here and be denied. Unprofessional service.

Never been a fan of bw3's. This one did not disappoint either. Food okay service okay atmosphere okay. They've gone downhill over the years. Not just this one.. but everyone I've ever been to. 30 years ago I used to go there a lot now not so much. Went there to watch a basketball game (they're the only place that has NBA league pass) and it was like pulling teeth to get them to change it to the game we wanted! Tuesday night 730pm 5 people at the bar. Really didn't think it should have been a problem. It took 20 minutes for them to change the channel! But maybe that's why there were only five people in there! For the prices they charge they should be a lot better!
