Nice meals. However unreliable delivery service. They promise and promise. I think it is a management issue. You never know when they will show and you can go days with them missing your delivery. If you don't mind unreliable service, you will be okay with caterfit.
I worked for them back in 2015 She started out okay with the company. I was a delivery person. I tried to always accommodate her customers. Because customers come first. When I tried to let her know that the customers were complaining a lot, she seem to didn’t care. I didn’t even get a thanks for accommodating the customers, not from her any way. But the customers always thanked me and gave me tips, might I say some good tips at that. But hey you keep it moving, because God always blessed me in the end.

Would have to agree with all of the below comments. No customer service; email or telephone. We ordered our plan and haven't received anything. Filed a complain with the BBB for breach of contract. If the company refuses to respond; then unfortunately will have to find other alternate ways to find resolution to this matter.
Terrible service, customer support, and are not making things right, like they said they would. I do not recommend. There are plenty of other food services to use.
All I know about this place is from a delivery drivers prospects and they are buying a very top line product and they seem to be very nice people and the prep area is spotless
Signed up for the service. Was over charged, food not delivered. Sent several emails and left several voice mails. Neither was returned. Am now working with my Credit Card provider.

Terrible customer service in the Tampa location !! They took the money for the meals out of my account immediately but never delivered the meals. I've tried to reach them 4 times for a refund and no one has responded to any of my emails nor has my money been refunded. I would never reccomend them to anyone. I can't believe they stole my money and disappeared.
After almost two years of service, we finally had to cancel. My husband has been receiving meals from Cater Me Fit for a long time. There has always been occasional issues - meals arriving late, or left on porch even though we asked to pause service during vacation - but we stuck with them.

In a similar situation as many other reviewers here - ordered a week's worth of food for the first time using the service and come delivery day, no delivery was made. Reached out to the company for an explanation and they said the kitchen is down and I would be receiving a full refund. It's now been three weeks since they last responded. DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS WITH THIS COMPANY!
This place is a scam. I signed up back in January and cancelled after me and my fiancé did not like the food too much. After I cancelled my membership, my credit card was charged twice. I called the company the next day and was promised that I would get the refund back since they weren't sure why my card got charged. I waited a couple of days to get refunded but nothing. I kept calling and was told they ‘already had refund it on their systemm' when in reality I never got refunded back anything. I've been calling and calling over a MONTH about my refund and still no solution from these people. They don't even have the decency to call the client to update them about their status. Meanwhile I'm still short $300. Scammers. Don't do business with these people; the food is not that good anyways.
