Absolutely terrible experience at the Chick-fil-A. I waited in line for over 20 minutes and then the people started just bringing out meals and drinks to all the cars behind me. I was waiting for a medium Diet Coke watching 20 drinks be delivered to the cars all behind me. They told me they were doing their best yet I was at the window asking where is my Diet Coke probably sat there for five minutes. The employees told me to just leave and not to mention the food looks terrible so I just paid $12 for a salad that doesn’t even warrant the $12. They were rude terrible I called back to complain and tell them what was going on and the girl just said, sorry you had to wait it’s not about waiting it was completely terrible - they deliver drinks behind me while I continue to wait. Made no sense and they were not efficient. I would definitely not recommend and their food is terrible their staff is terrible.

I went there with my 3 year old to have lunch and play at the playground. The whole time we're in line my 3 year old is saying how excited she is to play, just to find out it was closed once we got done ordering. Also, I ordered a spicy deluxe and got the wrong order, on top of all the food being cold. Waste of money and time.

Below Average, especially for Chick-fil-A.
This particular location consistently messes up my order. I'm not even ordering anything weird. It's just straight off the menu. You will spend over an hour in a drive-through (going inside doesn't help here) line just to find out the deluxe sandwiches you paid for are normal chicken sandwiches. Then you check the order on the outside of the bag, and no, you're not crazy. This place is busy all of the time, but if getting your orders wrong is the norm, they need to work out a better system. I'm certainly tired of this. I'm at the point where it's just not go to Chick-fil-A or I have to open everything to make sure they got it right before I go. I feel like it is the responsibility of the restaurant to give you what you paid for. I shouldn't have 3 for 3 of my visits screwed up.

Then when the young man handed my purchase off, no hello, good morning, you to it off not even a thank you. Not sure what happened today, but definitely not what is normal.

Chick Fil A is a great restaurant, their chicken is delicious and that goes across the board at all locations. The only problem I have with them is that every morning I get a chicken, egg and cheese biscuit and unfortunately the biscuit is always under cooked. Out of 20 times ordering this same sandwich maybe once the biscuit has been cooked long enough to support the sandwich. It's annoying because while trying to eat the sandwich, the biscuit is falling apart in your hands where you're forced to pick up the pieces off the wrapper. If you cooked the biscuit a little longer to golden brown, it might be able to stay intact while enjoying the sandwich. I really wish they hadn't done away with the bagels they served here, now that was a good sandwich, same thing just with a bagel instead of a biscuit that falls apart in your hands while trying to eat it or just picking it up for that matter.
