Have not been here in years since the Palm Harbor location is closer to our home. But today we were driving past on our way to Tampa, and we wanted lunch.
We both got the chicken strips, but I got the fruit cup on the side and Husband got fries. Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was also exemplary.
The place is quieter than most restaurants. The booths, tables and chairs are sanitized regularly so everything is fresh and clean. Music plays softly in the distance. This is a wonderful Chick-fil-A location with great service and excellent food!
Very disappointed. The service was not up to their usual standard, the food was too salty, and it didn’t taste fresh at all. Not what I expect from Chick-fil-A.

Absolutely terrible experience at the Chick-fil-A. I waited in line for over 20 minutes and then the people started just bringing out meals and drinks to all the cars behind me. I was waiting for a medium Diet Coke watching 20 drinks be delivered to the cars all behind me. They told me they were doing their best yet I was at the window asking where is my Diet Coke probably sat there for five minutes. The employees told me to just leave and not to mention the food looks terrible so I just paid $12 for a salad that doesn’t even warrant the $12. They were rude terrible I called back to complain and tell them what was going on and the girl just said, sorry you had to wait it’s not about waiting it was completely terrible - they deliver drinks behind me while I continue to wait. Made no sense and they were not efficient. I would definitely not recommend and their food is terrible their staff is terrible.
