I ate lunch at this location for the first time. As a new store, it is obvious that they are working on speed and efficiency, but that takes time. I had a good experience. Workers were polite and I did not mind being a bit patient. Portions were good and my food was very tasty. I will definitely stop by again.
I am happy we have this new location in the area and I really hope it does well.

I ordered online for pickup. On one meal I had extra meat which costs an extra $6. When I picked up and got home the meal didn't even have extra meat. $6 for nothing. Kinda disappointed. Regardless, other Chipotle seems to even have better regular portions. Pickup instructions from email is also not correct. Email says to pickup at shelf, but order was not at shelf and I had to ask. Instead, you should go pickup at the drive through. Should update the email template for proper instructions.

First and foremost. 0 leadership at this store. The two gents on the front line had to do replacement and making of everything while others were sweeping, and standing around when it was extremely busy. Need to teach employees of awareness. The cashier standing around watching these two guys struggling could have assisted, the guy sweeping could have stopped, washed hands, and aiding in replacement of food. Manneriss suspect based on slow moving, we all know what causes that. A true leader to step in and take control of multiple stations and find a path to success.

Yo, tall dude wrapping the burritos…learn how to actually give people a normal portion and not a pinch of lettuce and a pinch of cheese. For $18 that’s wild. Food itself is really good, just wish I could get a proper serving.

This Chipotle location was urgently needed. There isn’t a Chipotle in Oldsmar/Palm Harbor. The closest ones were all the way in Clearwater or Tampa. FOR THR DOOR FACING THE ROAD - A Use Other Door sign is urgently needed as many guests tried to enter it and it’s for exits only but it’s not marked. Apart from that the service is great and the restaurant has a very youthful atmosphere. This is also the first Chipotle ever with a drive thru which is very useful for when you are in a rush.

We picked up dinner from this location today. We ordered 2 in owls. When we got home we noticed that the portions were very small. Half the size of other restaurants. Not cool. Will be going back to the Palm Harbor location from now on. The bowls we got were literally half the size of other locations.

I just left the restaurant, and construction debris was all over my burrito. I went into the bathroom stall, only to find it empty. There were no toilets,and no toilet paper, or places to wash my hands.
