Bad behavior very poor customer experience In this store 3800 Tampa Rd Oldsmar FL. that’s why they don’t get any tips. I would not recommend anyone going specifically in this store. no communication skills whatsoever. managers take a note. Customers are the reason your workers have a job and the light stays on.

I placed a carryout order, and when I arrived to pick it up, the store was already closed. I wasn’t aware that carryout ends at 10 PM, especially since the app shows the store is open until midnight. There’s no clear indication on the app that carryout service ends earlier than delivery, and had I known, I definitely wouldn’t have placed the order.
When I got there, I noticed someone inside, but I didn’t knock or try to get their attention. Eventually, one of the employees saw me. Instead of simply explaining the situation, he immediately scolded me and said, “We lock the doors at 10.” I stayed calm and professional and told him I apologize I had no idea, but he continued speaking with a rude, condescending tone and repeated that they only do carryout until 10.
I apologized and explained that I wasn’t aware, as the app showed the store was open until midnight. The employee—a tall, bald man—was unnecessarily rude. I never raised my voice or acted out of line, but I was treated with clear disrespect. As a paying customer, that kind of behavior is disappointing, especially when the confusion could’ve been avoided with clearer information in the app.

Wish I could leave a 0 star but I can’t my pizzas weren’t cut and they had the wrong meat on it so I called the place and they told me I could come and get new ones so I went and a guy told the employees to make the pizzas and then a guy named Andris stepped in and started telling me to show him the pizzas like what, all they said on the phone is come and get new ones I will no longer order from this place till that guy is fired or no longer works there.

Disregard any negative reviews. I have never ever had a problem with this dominos, delivery or carryout. I have ordered countless pizzas from this dominos, and they are flawless every time. Anytime you walk in the workers are in nothing but a positive attitude, and communicate great. These workers deserve a raise.

Dominos honestly has barely disappointed us! Besides, they are always quick to resolve an issue if you were to have one! Jeremy is amazing and alwaysssss is….. don’t sleep on them
The New York style pizza with pepperoni was very good I had it 4 times but why did they try charge 4 different prices

Ordered online at 5:50 p.m. and received notice that the pizza would be ready at 6:15 p.m. Got to the store on time and followed the instructions for curbside delivery. After waiting a few minutes an employee came out to tell me that they messed my pizza up and had to start all over but that it would only take 5 minutes. I was hopeful but of course that did not happen and I waited another 15. When the pizza was finally ready I had to go inside and get it and noticed that it was just sitting on the counter. That upset me and I asked the manager, Jeremy, if he could do anything to better my experience since I had now waited over a half hour and had to go through the additional frustration of realizing that my food was ready, but no one took the initiative to bring it out. The manager barely stopped when he was doing to glance over at me and explain why he was unable to offer me a remedy.

A rip off of my money. I called to express my concern while I could still see the order being checked 40 minutes after it was designated "ready" but was brushed off by the manager who said he would decide i it was fresh enough, an hour after it was "ready", and basically i had no say in wanting a new one made so I could have fresh hot pizza and wings. Buyer beware.
