Place is disgusting. The floors are so sticky and havent been mopped maybe ever. The fridges with to go drinks are empty. There is always only 1 person working and getting slammed with customers. Managers never there. Brand new employees not properly trained with no one there to help. Turnover is crazy.

Coffee and donuts where mid at best but the workers are just miserable people, I came in and dude wasn't busy and saw me but somehow managed to take 3 minutes just to take my order and left my coffee a complete mess pouring out the top and down the sides

I visited the Dunkin’ at 3801 Tampa Rd, Oldsmar, FL 34677 today (July 9th) and had a very disappointing experience. The employee who was serving me handled my donuts with visibly dirty hands, without using gloves or any utensils. This was extremely unhygienic and unprofessional. I decided to cancel my order and leave. I hope this location improves its hygiene standards and staff training.

I was recently in waiting on my oil change. The frozen coffee was really nice. The complaint was the 2 workers were engaged in language that was not appropriate for the 3 guests that were sitting there. I would not think that the MGR would be allowed to talk like that with guests out front. Will not be back again.
