Everytime I go here my order gets messed up, I order online so its right there on the ticket. Sometimes they even will forget to put coffee in your drink which is crazy

Walked in and waited at least 10 minutes for someone to appear. I called out several times. I could hear someone in the back but no one came to the front. Customer service is non existent. It explains why the parking lot is always empty.

I visited on a Saturday morning and decided to come inside because the drive-thru line was long. Several other customers and I waited patiently for over 15 minutes, but the staff showed zero professionalism or courtesy. They avoided eye contact, ignored customers at the counter, and made no effort to acknowledge or communicate with us.
When I politely asked if I could be rung up for two donuts, the manager and an employee in the back responded with complete disrespect telling me, “You can leave.” Instead of correcting the employee’s behavior, the manager joined in with the same dismissive attitude, stating that the drive-thru was “more important.”
At that point, I spoke up for myself, and in response, the staff began yelling at me in front of my children simply because I expected to be served after waiting patiently.
It’s no surprise this location only has around a 3.4-star rating. Based on my experience, this kind of treatment must be common. I made sure to let others in the drive-thru know about the situation so they could choose to spend their money elsewhere.
Customer service matters, and this Dunkin’ location is a perfect example of how poor leadership and disrespectful staff can drive loyal customers away.

Extremely unprofessional, they had workers there and there hours state they don’t close until 9. was there by 835 for two drinks and they wouldn’t let me order them proceeded to not answer my question on if they changed there hours or not. don’t waste your money here

Horrible drive through customer service. Very inpatient rushing us to order and after her saying I couldn’t add more wake up wraps because they started my order made no sense. So I left and drove to another Dunkin.

Ordered through mobile. They forgot my two donuts and gave me the completely wrong flavored coffee. My mom went back to get the donuts and have them fix the coffee and received extremely poor customer service. The girl at the window gave my mom attitude about the coffee being wrong, and continuously made faces. It’s disappointing when a second trip has to be made due to their mistakes only to be met with attitude and disgusting behavior.

It’s rare that I actually have a good service with this Dunkin. But I went the other day and it really topped any other time, this place is really convenient for me location wise, I wanted some ice cream so I placed an order on BR website. 2 milkshakes and 1 scoop of icecream. We pull up to the window to pick up and he informs me that they don’t have none of the 3 ice cream flavors we ordered. the guy was really nice and listed off all the flavors they did have. We end up picking out flavors that were available and the two milkshakes were clearly made with spoiled milk, and the sprinkles were stale so it kinda of just ruined the whole cup of icecream.
