It’s rare that I actually have a good service with this Dunkin. But I went the other day and it really topped any other time, this place is really convenient for me location wise, I wanted some ice cream so I placed an order on BR website. 2 milkshakes and 1 scoop of icecream. We pull up to the window to pick up and he informs me that they don’t have none of the 3 ice cream flavors we ordered. the guy was really nice and listed off all the flavors they did have. We end up picking out flavors that were available and the two milkshakes were clearly made with spoiled milk, and the sprinkles were stale so it kinda of just ruined the whole cup of icecream.

I ordered from the window and my package and box of donuts was covered with coffee. She handed it to me like it was nothing. I else did she couid please wipe it down at least and I got attitude. Really? Overpriced crep anyway. Never going back

Was in there 06/23/25 about 12:15 PM walked in there were two ladies behind the counter stood there for 15 minutes while apparently there was something going on in the lobby with other employees. These poor women were running ragged without any help from the two employees that were dressed in Dunkin shirts, Walked out, had no time to wait.Management get better.

Shut the windows on us and then wouldn't less us add on to order. Said we had to go back through the drive thru and reorder, even though there were no other customers. And the coffee is cold and has no flavor even though I paid for extra pumps

This location really needs improvement. The lobby area was extremely dirty—trash everywhere, tables not cleaned, and the whole place felt neglected. On top of that, the staff member at the counter didn’t speak loud enough for anyone to hear clearly, which made ordering frustrating. And it took 15 minutes just to get bacon. I understand busy times happen, but the lack of cleanliness and slow service made this visit really disappointing.
don’t even bother going here they mess your order up every single time.

This location is something else. I’ve been getting a Dunkin coffee every single morning for literal years. I know what it should look like, smell like and above all, taste like. So now that it’s up to Starbucks prices, I tend to get irritated when my coffee is subpar. Evidently, my irritation and the fact that I reported it to corporate equals me “trying to sabotage (their) store”…as if I really give a damn about the store itself or the people in it. I was told they specifically said that I’ve been leaving complaints and reviews, so here I am now to set the record straight and live up to my reputation, I guess. I complained exactly ONE time. This is my first and only Dunkin review. What you’re not going to do is lie on me. What I’m not going to do is tolerate ignorance from people barely making $15 an hour. Perhaps if Dunkin as a corporation would come up off some coins you could afford to hire people who actually care to do a decent job and don’t spend their spare time talking shit about their customers. I’ve been nothing but polite to them. To learn that I’ve not only been a topic at their meeting(s) but that lies were told about me is unsettling at best. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND this location unless you’re into drama and mediocre coffee. And if yall see this, make sure you stop all that keke’ing in my face…you might be fake af but I assure you I am not.
