I pulled up to the window and ordered bacon, cheese and eggs wraps and they gave me two with sausages. I don’t like sausage at all.. It was too late for me to go back I was too far when I left. I think workers have to pay attention of customers requests little bit more.

Came in and clearly said a medium frozen coffee twice, they had me pull up which I don't mind waiting but then the girl came up and said wait did you want frozen coffees? as she was holding lattes or something. I said yeah I wanted frozen and she said yeah I knew it. They park me down more to wait for the coffee. They hand me this watery frozen coffee and it didn't even have the whipped cream I asked for either but I didn't feel like complaining and I was just gonna suck it up, but then when me in my little brother try to drink them, it tasted like badussy. I had to come back and get a refund, normally I don't complain because I'm a big back that eats everything but damn it tasted like booty. But they were nice about it I guess.

This dunkin has gone downhill and seems to keep going downhill. Literally every time I go here my order is messed up, the food is either still cold or burnt. They don’t listen you can repeat your order to them multiple times and they’ll still mess it up. This is the closest dunkin to me on my way to work so it’s very disappointing I have to go out my way just to get a simple coffee made right.

I’ll need to take a break from getting ripped off and just make coffee again at home. This time it was a tea but this happens every time I go here. My cup is about 65% full. That’s what I pay for? What a rip off.

Food was hot. Went inside to order. Not busy for a Saturday morning. Food came fast, then the ice drink, had to wait close to 10 minutes for my hot coffee. Coffee and doughnuts are their primary business. How did they not have some made with multiple pots
Our drinks were made perfectly ? We went through the drive thru.

I used to go to this location all the time because their coffees were always so good. I don’t know what the hell happened to them, but they’re coffee. It’s Dunkin’ Donuts is so disgusting. They just messed up pumpkin that it literally tasted like somebody and the back dropped an ashtray in the coffee. It was so disgusting now I know Starbucks is more expensive, but I’m never going to Duncan again

I understand I went the last twelve minutes before you close. But that is no excuse to purposely give me a disgusting drink. Not only was the entire drink ice. They put a massive amount of flavor syrup in my iced latte. It literally tasted like all syrup to the point you couldn’t even drink it. To pay almost $7 for a drink that you clearly ruined on purpose is outrages. You close at 9:00 not 8:48. Get grip and be less miserable
