I visited the said shop and asked for a large coffee and a donut.Usually they charge donuts only $1/00 if it is complained with coffee , and I asked senior discount also.They give me seniors discount of $.25But they did not reduce the donut price from 1.69 to $1/00I noticed that once on sitting on my car verify the ticket I found that and asked the lady on the counter, happened be the Manager of that store.I informed in advance I don’t want money back , but being a senior person charge you should have consider little bit nice way. Then she is on rude way talking to me that I am the manager , we can offer only one discount, that is seniors discount.Then I start talk to person who did the billing, at that time she interferes that I am the manager.I completely dis satisfied the behavior of the staff at this Dunkin shop.

Literally everything I tried to order that was featured on the menu they didn’t have from the new coffees they plaster all over claiming to have to even a simple smoothie for a child . I literally sat at the drive-through menu for over five minutes having to change my order to different things for them to just say we’re out of that to each thing until I just gave up . Don’t stay open if you are not stocked and nobody can get what you advertise. Ridiculous.

The girl with the purple-redish hair and glasses is by far the best Dunkin employe I have ever seen! She took are order and made great conversation with me and my friend and made our orders in a timely manner and they were absolutely delicious. She gave us ABSOLUTELY AMAZING coustmor service definitely will come back for her. Although whoever she was working with on 11/8 gave us a rude blank stare and had her hands in her pants(gross) lucky she was not the one making our drinks when we came in other then her service was great. 10/10 experience single handlely delivered by the purple-redish hair girl with glasses.

Very rude. Charged me full price for the MUNCHKINS drink when they were out of munchkins and neglected to tell me.So i went through the drive through. Was not busy at all. Just me and another car. They were slow as always. Took about 15 minutes just to take the damn order. I should have just drove off at that point i know, but i’m usually pretty patient. Anyways, so i ordered the ice spice munchkins drink. Once they gave it to me, I drove off and then sipped it and noticed there weren’t any munchkins, I looked at the sticker on the drink and it said “2 pumpkin munchkins” so they charged me for it and tried to hide that. Then i drive back and was like “hey, i’m sorry but i don’t think there are any munchkins in here” the first lady was sorr of nice-ish but did not apologize about the inconvenience like any half decent business would do. She told me that’s because they were out of pumpkin munchkins and neglected to tell me and charged me for it anyway. I asked if they could remake it and she asked which ones i wanted and they remade it. This girl with darker hair (i think red hair) light skin (describing so if the manager sees he will know, gives me it and i very politely was like “hey, next time could you please just let me know so i don’t have to drive back?” Didn’t even mention the fact they charged me for it. Then she just stared at me and said “ok” she seemed annoyed so i said “i’m not trying to be mean or anything” she again very rudely says “ok” then says “have a nice day” and closes the door. They didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or charging me for something I didn’t get.

I visited this location for breakfast. Both of my breakfast croissants was black burnt.I went to return it to the manager with the tattoos ,asked" What's wrong" I stated that my sandwiches are burnt. After noticing the staff with poor hygiene. I decided to get a refund. The manager looked weird at me and stated that the money would return on my card. I never received it because it probably went in his pockets. Be aware. This location steals money and the food is horrible.
