I'm not one to leave reviews but this place was mind-boggingly awful. Do you enjoy eating half of your salsa and then are expected to pay $5 more for off the shelf chips? Or $9 for cheese dip? Who can forget that the 3rd refill is an additional $4. Then come here. The place was dead at 9:30 on a Friday and now I know why.. This is not the place for "authentic Mexican". Taco Bell is more authentic and vastly more flavorful. Very inattentive staff, unfitting decor that resembles instagram photo shoots that only feeds the owners ego. Skip this price gouging, tasteless, tiny portion size "restaurant".. if I do dare call it one. Oldsmar deserves better, the people deserve better.

The chicken and spinach enchiladas are simply the most delicious enchiladas I've ever had. My passion fruit mojito was also fantastic. Please give this place a try, you won't regret it!

In the area and noticed that El Paraíso had opened in a prior Mexican restaurant. We decided to give it a try for lunch after church with family. Laid out nice and can't miss the lighted pair of (angel?) wings. The five of us were seated right away. We ordered drinks and Queso Blanco and checked the menu. My wife ordered the Torta Mexicana; eldest daughter the Paraíso Burger; youngest daughter the Lunch Taco special; grandson the Steak Fajitas; granddaughter the Lunch Burrito special with fries; finally I ordered the Taco Salad with ground beef. We enjoyed the hot Tortilla Chips with Queso Blanco and 4 salsa - 1 regular and 3 smaller ones with different hot salsa - nice! Our food came fairly quickly. Tacos were great, Burrito was great and Fajitas were great. Torta was ok, Burger ok (who gets a burger in Mexican restaurant?? Taco Salad was disappointing, refried beans 3x the beef, a bit much. Service great, ambiance great, food good.

Taco Tuesday!! My friend and I came here for a girls night and what's better than tequila and tacos? Since moving to Tampa it's been hard to find good Mexican food. There's so much amazing Cuban, Chilean, Peruvian, and several other Latin restaurants but just haven't found a Mexican go to spot. Right away the server was so friendly and on point with the service! Cute ambiance inside and wasn't too busy. For starters we got the Margaritas which are huge and delicious and come with a cute flower along with the creamy and tasty queso dip. For our mains we order the Tacos el Paraiso, this entree comes with 3 tacos with a side of rice and beans. Surprise surprise I filled up on the chips and margaritas so took my tacos home. It wasn't that super authentic Mexican food I was looking for but it was still good and I'd definitely be down to go back and try it again.

2nd time here, and I can't understand the lack of service staff here. 1 person to bartend and serve. It's simple if you're in a pinch and you don't care, you just must eat, then come here... there are better options for sure. So we spilled a drink and instead of cleaning up the rest because we had cleaned most of it ourselves, he demands up to get up and move... wasn't asked! Once we moved, there was no rush to get us silverware or another drink, they all rushed to the booth with every cleaning supply in the restaurant and clean what remained as we sit with no silverware,as out meals had arrived and no drinks. Once they finished, he came to the table with a guilt trip, making us aware that the booth is new and he had to clean it immediately, at thus point we got boxes and left.
