The service and food is very inconsistent. You can order the same thing everyday and it will be served looking and tasting different almost daily. When you inquire about it, the staff gets an attitude…so we avoid saying anything to them to avoid them leaving forgiven objects in our food.

Server blamed the kitchen for having 2 out of 3 meals delivered then we wait while the food gets cold. Once we flag her down, she picked up the food immediately. When I tried to say we would rather wait for all 3 meals to be delivered at the same time she abrasively interrupted and said that's how the kitchen works. Then I left a note for the manager, and the server, with no apologies, yelled at us in the parking lot very sarcastically " have a great day". Too bad, the food is always good, and usually the service is much nicer. We go out to treat ourselves, not to be yelled at. Perhaps the manager can re-train this server on customer service.

We both had eggs Benedict. One classical and one smoked salmon. Both came on cold untrusted bread, cold tomatoes, cold egg and a way too thin hollandaise sauce that had so much lemon it was bitter. The restaurant temperature was freezing. How can food have a chance to stay warm?Our waitress was the only good part. She went above and beyond to try to make amends even though it was too late. We will not come back for a $60 breakfast that was unedible!

This used to be our favorite breakfast place of all. Now with renovations, they've removed all soft surfaces in the facility, and it is now THE LOUDEST place I have ever eaten in. You can't hear your party talk. Everyone is shouting. It's crowded. It feels like eating at Disney without any of the perks of being at Disney. I'm gonna go hide in my bed now and recover from the sensory onslaught of eating here. Way to ruin a great thing, you guys. I'm done with First Watch forever.

We had carry out. One order was fairly burnt chickichurra (?), potatoes too. The order looked so unappealing, I was glad it wasn't mine. That said, I had the quinoa power bowl w chicken and it was delish. We were given no plasticware and no napkins, tho I admit, I did not ask.
We have breakfast here every Saturday morning .We always ask for Sarah who consistently gives us great service.

We go here a lot for breakfast and lunch. Food always on point and lots of healthy selections. Staff is always very welcoming and practically know what we want to order since we come so often. Food comes out extremely fast too.

Another freat meal and wonderful server. I cannot remember her name but will edit to add when I find my receipt. We usually watch at the countryside location but today we were closer to this one. Very nice and fresh food and juices as usual. Hogg quality meals.
