Great food, atmosphere, and service. Highly recommend it!

We were disappointed with their Easter brunch menu. When I reserved a week before, I didn't see their Easter brunch menu, otherwise I would have cancelled. We could have to IHOP and enjoyed it more.

We went for brunch on Easter, April 20, 2025 and it was not great. I ordered the short rib benedict with potatoes for $18. The potatoes were diced, pan fried, but not crispy and rather oily and lukewarm. The eggs benedict with short ribs was good, but not the best. My husband ordered shrimp and grits for $19 and there were only about 4 shrimp and not a great portion size. Wish I had taken pictures but did not. The waiter never came to refill our water glasses. We did get complimentary beignets when we arrived at the table and those were greasy and small, but tasted pretty good. I would not recommend this for brunch at anytime. I was really hoping for a great meal as I had heard good things, but was really disappointed.

We went to the Trinity, Florida location.Service was good, our waitress was very attentive. I ordered prime rib medium rare which was cooked perfectly but was served at room temperature. The meat was not even a little bit warm. It was like it was cooked and then sat for several hours allowing it to go to room temerature. We had a party of four and I did not want to delay everyone else so I did not send it back. I just ate a third of it and took the rest home and had it for dinner the next night.... tasted better when served warm. The meal cost $43 and did not include a house salad unless you wanted to pay an upcharge. I asked for a bake potato and was told no. Only potato option was mashed. All in all, not the greatest dining experience. I feel like their meals are over priced. As far as franchises like this go, you get much better bang for your buck going to an Outback, Longhorn, Carrabbas, etc. That will probably be out last visit to a Flamestone.

Had a fantastic brunch at FlameStone while celebrating our anniversary! The food was delicious, the drinks were great—especially the bottomless mimosa bar—and the atmosphere was perfect for a special occasion. Huge shoutout to our waitress, Sandra—she was super friendly, incredibly attentive, and brought such a fun, positive vibe to our table. We'll definitely be back!

The food at this restaurant is always very good. On this visit, it was excellent. Our server, Cindy R. was one of the best ever. She was accurate, friendly, and super-efficient.

We love your restaurant! Staff stands ready to assist, very friendly, very polite and very professional. Oh, and the food is terrific! Our server Danielle was fantastic!

Late lunch, arrived at transition from brunch to dinner menu. Absolutely zero issues. Dillon was a great server and we enjoyed our meal.

Really enjoyed the Sunday brunch. The beignets with the assortment of dipping options was terrific. Also, really enjoyed the French toast.

The quality of service and food has gone down a bit in the last 8 months, and I hate to say this because it was an excellent restaurant prior.

I was with a party of eight who dined at Flamestone Grill in Trinity on 1/13/25. We were there celebrating a birthday. I was appalled at how awful the service was. They added 3 additional charges to my bill without telling me. There was a $5 up-charge because I ordered the risotto. The waiter said I could make the substitution. Nowhere on the menu does it say there’s an up-charge, the waiter never said there was an up-charge, and the bill did not show that there had been an up-charge. I just happened to notice that the entree was more than what the menu said it was and so I questioned the waiter about it, and he said that there was a $5 up charge. We also brought in a birthday cake which we cut and served ourselves and provided our own plates and napkins for. We then got our checks we found out that there was a $1.50 charge on everyone’s bill for the cake. Then we saw on our bill that there was a mandatory 20% tip because we were considered to be a large group. Again, none of this was explained to us. I really did not appreciate the lack of transparency and the multiple additional charges. Never again will I spend over $40 on meatloaf, and I didn’t even order a drink, I had water! Do not eat there unless you want to get ripped off!

Pricy. We split an entree and brought a plate to do it ourselves. I think there was a charge to split. My experience is that the main portion is shared and the plate is done in the kitchen.

Steak was tough and fatty. Prime rib needed a saw to cut. Extremely slow. Beef was no up to par 11 people.
