What was once a great place to eat at reasonable prices has now turned in to an overpriced shell of itself. The food is not prepared well, soup is lukewarm when served, bread is harder than a hockey puck, steak cuts are not what you’re paying for (sirloin trimmed down to look like a filet), and on and on. Staffing issues, long waits, food served out of order… Stay away and eat somewhere else.

I’m sorry but not sorry to give 1 stars…last weekend we went there for dinner to celebrate my untie’s 75 birthday…first off all we order beef sticks well done for my 8 years daughter and it comes out rare, which is no problem the waitress took it back and fixed it, Second my aunt ordered meatloaf then 15 minutes after they came out and they said they are out of meatloaf and that was OK with us so my aunt ordered the beef stick same as my daughter and when she got it, it was a hair wrapped around the meat and when we call the waitress to tell her about it, she said maybe it’s my hair…. So I told her no way…..the hair it’s wrapped around the stick that’s not nice to say and she said well we don’t have anybody with a black hair in the kitchen so it’s your hair and I said that’s really rude to say and she said it is your hair again…. I said how will my hair fly across the table and get into the beef stick and wrapped around like a circle? And she kept saying it’s my hair instead of saying sorry I will fix it… I had tears then she said she’ll call the manager… The manager came walking slowly, leaning on the wall above of our table saying all the stuff in the back have hair net… my untie was pissed off not happy and told the Manager, the waitress was so rude and I was not my niece Hair while the waitress kept saying it is…so she said I don’t want to order anything and we all gave a piece of our food from our plates to end the dinner….that was the most horrible experience ever… Shame on the stuff and the manager they couldn’t handle there on problem while they knew we are there for my untie 75 BD..we left and untie said that was the most horrible BD diner ever… thank for giving her that…. And we left and gave the rude waitress full tip that’s she doesn’t deserve… (waitress keep your New Jersey attitude there) your are horrible and bc of you im giving the restaurant 0 stars

I ordered food via Uber Eats only for the restaurant to leave a me a message nearly 40 min later that they ran out of Salmon, they said I would have to cancel my order and then have to reorder. I find it ridiculous that they could not substitute, and asking me to cancel to reorder would take another 45 min to get dinner when the restaurant is only 10 min drive away. It wasn't until I told them that this was unacceptable, and that I have a 6 yr old waiting to eat, and I would leave this as a review on google that they offered another substitute for the fish. Of note, they directed me to leave the review for Uber Eats.... I see this as a direct customer related issue for the restaurant, not the service that delivers.

Went to Flamestone for the first time today and I’m glad I did. This place did everything right. The food was amazing, and they didn’t skimp on portions. The building was clean and well kept. The service was top notch, special shout out to Jonny B. All in all I would highly recommended Flamestone!
We decided to stop for an early dinner at Flamestone Grill in Trinity. It was our first time. We were greeted at the door and our server, Cynthia was friendly and knowledgeable. The steaks, ribeye and filet were cooked perfectly and delicious. A must try is the flamestone salad. We enjoyed it as one of our sides. Delicious. Veggies cooked perfectly along with potatoes. Manager came over to check on us as well. Will definitely return and bring family and friends. Check it out.

The quality of the food was very good, and generally the service was good. The only glitch was the fact that they failed to bring out the salads before dinner, so everything came out at once !
