🤢🤢 Cross-contamination training needs to be top priority. The staff will make someone’s order, touch the register and cash out the customer, pull up their pants, touch the paper booklet that they take orders on then move to the bread station without changing gloves. Then they get upset when you bring it to their attention. I was asked “do I come to your job asking you how to do your job.” 🤢🤢

The manager was extremely rude! Tried to ask about a national fundraiser all locations are a part of and she dismissed me and started to talk to another customer. It was far from busy with only one other person in line behind us. She was rude to not only the customers but her staff as well.

I had such a wonderful experience at this Jersey Mike’s in Oldsmar! Honestly, it completely changed my opinion about the service with this company. The quality of the subs has always been good, but what really made the difference was the service.
Cody helped me during my visit, and he was fantastic. He greeted me right away, asked about my day, acknowledged me, and genuinely cared about providing a great experience. That extra effort truly stood out and made my visit feel special.
Thanks to Cody going the extra mile, I can confidently say this location deserves five stars. Amazing food, and even better service! 👏
I eat here a lot and it's usually very good. The tuna salad is very often way to watery though. I prefer a tuna salad sandwich not a tuna soup sandwich. They really need to train their workers to drain it better.

Very dissappointed. I went to this location a few months ago for the first time to check it out and I won't be going back. I ordered a large Italian sub and usually they come with mayo on the bread but it was missing. I know I could have asked for it but other sub shops always include it. The bread was not anything special and what I really didn't like was the friggin lettuce was cut into tiny ribbons and it just gets all over the place when you eat it!
I guess I'm just spoiled because Jimmy Johns will always be my favorite sub shop. They only use one type of bread with its perfect texture and nobody else can match that, not even Publix!
So here's anther example in marketing. Just like with Domino's Pizza, if you have an average product and advertise the hell out of it you'll sell a lot of your average stuff!
