This location closes at 4:00, which is outrageous by itself. I just placed an order at 3:30 for pickup. It was canceled at 3:40 for no reason, as I was arriving at the location. I see a little dude get into his car, I am certain he just wanted to leave early. Where is my refund for my gas? What the hell is wrong with this franchise?

Really slow service. Their "Freaky Fast" moto is not the case. I am not sure what and why it takes so long! The excuse of "nobody wants to work" many of restaurants set up with delivery services to keep up with that. I shouldn't have to pay for their lack of employees. To make the deal even sweeter, lets make a sandwich that cant be delivered for 45 mins so the customer can enjoy a nice soggy sandwich for $15.00 and 45 min wait for delivery 6 mins down the road.

Absolutely disgusting. They didn’t cut the plastic off of the ham so our entire sandwiches were filled with it. Everytime we try to go, they’re closed because no one wants to work. Stick to the one on 19 where they’re ingredients are fresh. We will NEVER return and whoever is putting plastic in peoples sandwiches should be fired immediately before a lawsuit is filed.

This Jimmy John's location changed my entire stance on the brand! I have been back at least 5 times since my first visit 3 weeks ago. So delicious and sandwiches well made! Comparable pricing and well worth the cost.

I will not be ordering from this place ever again and neither will my entire office. We placed an order and where told they could not make it for us. Lucky another location was able to help us but we are never going to be using this location ever again. Poor customer service.

Work lunch delivery...needed freaky fast. Ordered the turkey Tom with BBQ chips and an unsweetened tea. It was yummy lunch!!
We showed up at 7:57PM, they close at 8. We had no idea. But they were awesome, made us great sandwiches provided incredible customer service and got us on our way. Thank you guys.

definitely was not freaky fast and the driver lied and said he gave me my food that I didn't receive with an office full of people to vouch for it

Leslie the manager was so rude! And it took 2 hours for me to still not get my food. I placed an order for a sandwich at 1pm. 40 mins later I noticed the sandwich had never even left out for delivery so I called the store. The guy told me that the delivery was leaving now. I checked the status and it showed out for delivery. 30 more mins went by and I called back to cancel my order and be refunded. I spoke to the “manager” LESLIE and she was the rudest person I have ever spoken to. So unprofessional I am disgusted. I will now never order from jimmy johns again.

Every single time I’ve ordered from here it takes 45min-over an hour. I live 2 minutes away. I could walk there, make my own sandwich, eat it, and walk back and still beat their delivery time. They need to change their catch phrase from freaky fast to scary slow.
