What an incredible group of employees Kahwa has! May is a great example. The service in itself is enough of a reason to give it a try. They will make your drink exactly the way you want it and even have you taste it before leaving. May has perfected my chai latte and shared the recipe with the other employees. They even know my name. 🙂

I needed coffee and pastries for an office networking event. I ordered here and when I arrived ten minutes early, my order was ready to go. The pastries were warm and presented nicely and ready to serve. Everyone loved it. The staff was so nice and they gave us everything we needed. 10/10 recommend for office catering!!

This place is horrible. I came today, october 21st at around 4:30pm. The lady making my drink was very slow and took her time getting my croissant toasted. She had an insane amount of attitude and was very clumsy when handing me my straw and beverage. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS LOCATION. kahwa dunedin is so much better.

First time visiting a couple days ago. Ordered the Fall Drink. Terribly made. I ordered a cappuccino EXPECTING A GOOD AMOUNT OF FOAM. None at all. The lady I’m assuming was closing took forever to take my drink order, didn’t fill it up all the way, & had me repeat my order multiple times. I’ve seen from the other reviews that the speaker is bad so I was a bit lenient with that. But cmon I’m paying 8 dollars for a drink I expect it completely full with foam. This is ridiculous. Would not recommend & I will not be visiting this location again. This company needs to get it together.
HELLO TRIED TO PLACE AN ORDER So upset with the experience we had this past Sunday October 5 at around 1:30-2 pm. Pulled up to drive thru speaker, no one spoke so we waited tried to talk to place an order , still nothing so we pulled up to the Window where an EMPLOYEE WAS STARING DOWN AT HER PHONE AND DID NOT NOTICE ANYTHING the window was shut but we tried to wave but the employee was facing the opposite direction so she could not see us , then she got up I am assuming to check drive thru speaker? but we were at window. We love Kahwa Coffee but was so upset with this experience. We just decided to leave since we were not noticed. I understand this was a mistake but the employee should have kept in mind and paid attention that customers will be at drive thru every so often throughout her shift
