It's fast food, but there is still an expectation of some form of customer service. CLAUDIA has no business working with people. Not only is she rude, but highly incompetent and refuses to take any responsibility for her shortcomings and mistakes. CLAUDIA tried to blame technology and her coworker for not understanding an order in English and not getting an order correct (even after someone stepped in for her) claiming that the guy that took my order gave me a drink for free (wrong!). At one point, she even refused to hand me my order saying that I was going to claim that something spilled on me.
She needs to get straight or demoted to a non client facing role quickly.

Poor management! Today they’re out of Sodas, Milkshakes, Frappes, etc. the only thing they have is water, milk, and apple juice. WHAT?! Lmfao! then I should get a discount on my meal for no sodas! This McDonald’s is the absolute worst one I’ve ever been to. They do not care about their own business. Every single time I come here, they don’t have stuff. It’s 10:40 in the morning and they don’t have any drinks. Management and staff need to be replaced with people who make sure they run smoothly and care about their customers. Never coming here again. Ever. I’ll make the drive to Westchase McDonald’s for now on.

If I could I’d give zero stars, this McDonald’s is the worst service I have ever had they never take my order, they act like they aren’t there and when we try to go up to the door they say we can’t dine in and have to go through drive through but they will not take anyone’s order

I paid for my food they tried to say I didn’t pay then made me wait at the second door for 30 min while everyone else was getting their order and then I tried calling them and they didn’t answer and never got my food so I just wasted my money
Burnt. Undercooked everything. Soggy fries. Order a nuggets kids meal in the drive thru. NEVER get the sauce.
No one working there will look you in the eye or acknowledge you are eating there.

The girl at the drive through lane handed my food to the car in front of me. I saw it and asked if it was my food. She said “yes but he didn’t take it”. I said that it’s not sanitary to hand me the same food you just gave him. She literally huffed away, came back with probably the same food and then wiped her nose with her hand as she handed me the food

Give this place a zero star I would my fries were like chips very crunchy not fresh. My burger was overflowing and onions. Felt like I was eating onions with my burger. The high sea was all watered down no ice cubes. They had no ranch overall just disappointed in my order will never come back here never ever again!DO NOT COME HERE!!
