I was order 1663 on 3/30/2025 I used the McDonalds app on my phone as usual and ordered from a table inside the restaurant, I specifically selected that I was dining in at table 123. I have done this many times at numerous McDonalds locations, including this location and my order has always been delivered to my table, as expected. Today my order was bagged and placed on the mobile pick-up shelf instead. Nobody called my name or announced that it was placed there, and I would have had no reason to look there. the only reason I knew it was our order is my daughter saw it there and asked me if it was ours, as the shelf was in eye sight of the table we were sitting at. Since the table number is printed in such a large font on the receipt taped to the bag, I was able to see it was our order. The store was not busy at all... There was no excuse for this mistake. About 10 minutes later, Another customer that came in, ordered at the kiosk grabbing table tent 60, and had their order delivered to his table. While his order being delivered to his table is partly what set me off a little more, it is not exactly why I am talking about it. The lady that delivered it gave a noticeable attitude and audible sigh when he asked for lots of ketchup. He was sitting behind us. The lady was also wearing a small backpack looking purse, so I assume she might have been leaving for the day or going on break. It stood out to me that my order was bagged and put in the wrong place like it was an Uber pick-up or something, but his order was delivered to the table. Whoever was running the show was clearly not paying attention, or didn't care to provide the service they were supposed to. I can't help to think that the only reason #60's food was delivered was possibly because that person was leaving and it was on her way out to take it to his table. Definitely the worst service I've had at this location.
Edit: I just read through numerous bad reviews over the last 6 months and noticed that nobody from the company has responded to a single one. definitely a sign of bad management who doesn't seem to care about public image.

Watched as my order was made, then set aside. I had to ask them if they needed help with my order. All they were waiting on was my drink. Which is just handing me an empty cup. Your job is super easy, yet you fail every time. That, to me, is a clear sign you need to give up on life and fill out some government help forms because your life is going to be real hard. Thanks have a nice day!

Ignoring people at drive through to make them go away. Look at the books, wonder why no money coming in at certain hours... us and 4 cars drove off from being ignored. Employees in store eating

Probably the worst McDonald's in Tampa Bay in terms of accuracy. Make sure you check your bags before leaving. Got a $10 meal for $5 so technically this time it was their loss, especially since they likely gave my meal to someone else and had to remake it for them.

The place had an unpleasant smell, the staff was not very friendly, I ordered a McDonald's Crispy, it only came with bread, breaded chicken and 2 slices of pickles, all thrown away, my daughter ordered the McDonald's Happy Meal and didn't get a drink, the onion pieces were huge, the drink splashed water everywhere, I've never been to such a horrible McDonald's, total disappointment, I still paid 34 dollars for this crap, in Brazil, besides having more options, I pay half the price, then here, which is the first world

Probably one of the best burgers I’ve had from Mici D and fast service and professional- on the other hand the ROOF should have been replaced 10 years ago- there is exposed black mold on the main glass front wall on the inside- all 85% of all there ceiling tiles have been sprayed will kills spray paint hiding the monster ( MOLD) it’s in there A/C ducts it’s in the tiles and walls - the round seats at the high bar table are 100% worn and filthy- the speakers are broken / distorted because of all the water leaking from the roof - this place you can tell is definitely not a corporate run restaurant- shame on the owners for allowing this to get to this point - shut it DOWN and rebuild - your giving the corporation a bad name ……

This McDonalds has a serious mold issue. The health inspection department needs to look into this location. There's water coming through the roof. This place needs a new roof. Mold on the walls behind wallpaper and ceilings. It's terrible!

Coffee was luke warm , fries were the same, o should of went to the McDonald's on 19 in Palm harbor, but I gave this one another chance, I think I'll pass next Time.

This McDonald’s is decent, it’s clean and modernized. I get the same thing regularly here and at other locations, but for some reason my fries are almost always RAW and undercooked here…
I worked at McDonald’s for 3 years, so I know what fully cooked fries look and taste like. So I know very well that they are trying to keep the drive thru times as low as possible by pulling the fries before they are done. I wish this was something that was more heavily controlled by McDonald’s corporate.
The last time I ate here was just yesterday and I ate maybe a half dozen fries from a medium fry and threw the rest of them away because they weren’t even cooked.
Do not go here! This location got my order wrong >50% of the time. Fixing it after they f it up got so common I stopped going there.

Got two kids meals ask for cheeseburger plain and everything on it. Got two extra small fires was not full cook and half full. Made it home before realize so cook to fires at home. Wouldn’t be worth it to make the drive back. Do better it’s not hard

Work all day spend $15 on a meal I ordered no pickle extra cheese. After getting home finally after a long day my sandwich has no cheese and extra pickle. How hard is this
