Reliable Panera. Average experience. No issues, but nothing outstanding. They did, though, have a really kind holiday giving tree for donations. As always, very clean and cozy. HOT BREAD! Yes, we love the bread 🥖. You Pick 2 soup and sandwich meal will always be the perfect balanced lunch. I don’t know why it’s so good.

Appalled by the behavior of the so called manger "Jamie"
A woman with no kuth or knowledge of how to MANAGE &/or deal with customers should NOT be in such a position as she abuses the title.
After speaking to corporate, I've made a formal complaint & due to her immature & failed attempt at embarrassing a customer, ice also contacted our local news and am awaiting a response from a reporter as I wrote this.
If the owners of this establishment cared at all about their business or staff, they would terminate her employment IMMEDIATELY!

This location is hit or miss, more miss though as issues range from not having pepper to their potato soup looking more like chicken noodle broth with only two finger nail sized pieces of potato. Just another failed or failing business in Oldsmar.

I've been a customer for years. I enjoy the half turkey baguette sandwich and half broccoli cheddar soup. Though, through the years, the soup bowls have been getting smaller and smaller. After some months, I returned for my favorite. The soup bowls seems smaller and I was served a deli lunch meat sandwich on regular bread. That, and a mocha cost me $17.97!!! I inquired about the bread and the plain store sliced lunch meat roll and was told "that's how the sandwiches are made now." PB, you just lost a customer!!! You got cheap! I came here for "hot bread" baguettes and real turkey not store bread and cheap sliced lunch meat roll. I could go to Publix and get a better sandwich. I'm very disappointed!!! Won't be back for lunch!

We ordered a ham and cheddar cheese sandwich. Finally when out order was ready, we had then to go. Opened the package while still in the parking lot & the label said “turkey & cheddar”. Walked back inside to tell them & they said it was correct. They just don’t have a “ham & cheddar” label. Opened the sandwich again & it was a turkey, ham & cheddar sandwich. Don’t care for turkey at all. The bread was the only item that tasted half way decent. The meat and cheese were not up to par consult the total came to $28. We just expect food to be better quality considering the price we paid.

Probably the worst Panera I have been to. Not very inviting. There was no line everyone was just standing and waiting. The bread bowl was very small. The new baked potato soup was not good at all, no flavor.

Clean location. Friendly greeting and staff full of energy. Got the Italian sandwich. Very good. Ate lunch outside in the sun. I would recommend improving/add entrance and exit signage for customers not using the drive through.

Parking: Difficult/unsafe to enter from Curlew Rd.

I love going to Panerai but just tried the new rustic potato soup
Not my favorite should have had the baked potato soup way better
I thought this new soup would be like the baked potato soup only richer but this lacks potatoes and was like eating a thick sauce with a few diced potatoes added
Lacking flavor and substance
Very disappointed my fuji apple salad never disappoints always fabulous

The avocado toast at Panera was fresh, tasty, and seasoned just right. Kudos to the local chef.
I have been going out to breakfast frequently and have been disappointed in some of the high-priced independent restaurants around. Panera did not disappoint.
The person who took our order did a great job with six people's requests, some requiring special attention. Thanks for a great visit.

On the entrance door is a very long list of items and condiments they are out of and the sandwich i ordered tasted like it! If you can't make something properly stay closed. That was my last visit there.
