Always great but this time staff mocked my son when we had requested another type of bread on side like we always did without any issues. Not only they mocked they did not fulfill the request. When I went to request again they argued and made faces. A young white guy with curls and a African lady. My son doesn't want to go there again as it was very rude and unnecessary.

I havent eaten PB since 2007. I spent $25 for a soup and sandwich. Misleading marketing and rude cashier really made me notice how expensive and shity the food is for the cost. This place is a rip off on ever aspect of quality and service. I will never eat at PB again.

I will never go to a different Panera! This location is run so well!! My orders are always correct, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the building is always clean and most importantly the food is so amazing. The only Panera I’ve been to in forever where there’s warm bread!! The food is always so fresh and tastes so good, which I feel is something that becoming more rare with every other place I go! The quality of this location is nothing short of perfection in every way!

November 22, 2025 stopped by ordered an orange 🍊 scone for mom and I got a value duet smokehouse bbq chicken 🍗 sandwich 🥪 with a side of tomato 🍅 soup 🥣 and bread 🥖 total was $12 used my $7 off coupon in the app!

Very disappointed. Twice now, not once but twice they have messed up my Togo order. The first time I gave them grace and dealt with it. I ordered a grilled chicken avo blt and they gave me a chipotle chicken sandwich. I couldn’t eat it because it was too spicy for me but I just dealt with it. However, today the manager rang me up but I did not realize this at first. I asked for the cheesesteak ciabatta, I even asked her how it was and would she recommend it. She did. Imagine my surprise when I get home to only find out that once again I have the chipotle spicy chicken sandwich definitely not a cheesesteak. This time I wasn’t going to let this go because they obviously have a system issue and I’m hungry I want to eat my dinner. So I drive all the way back to the restaurant. I ask to speak to the manager and realized she was the one who took my order. I then begin to explain to her I believe she has a system malfunction because this has happened to me twice now. She realized her mistake and begins to confess she input the incorrect sandwich. Her solution was to offer me free pastries. I told her I already just bought my pastries I didn’t need anymore. Then her solution became well let me refresh your soup so they are hot to go with your new sandwich. She could tell I was not pleased. She then asked me what I wanted her to do to make it right. I then handed her the bag and just told her to remake the order. Never mind the tip I already gave and the gas I already spent going back and forth to this restaurant. What I’ve learned is, don’t tip before you get your order and check your order before you drive home. Upon getting home and opening the bag, I have my new correct sandwich that I had ordered but the bread that came with our soups is still the same as before and I know this because my daughter took a bite out of it. So this begs me to believe that they just took our old soups and old bread and put them in a new bag with our new correct sandwich. This is the reason for the 1star review and not a 3. The whole experience felt in-genuine to me and I will probably not patron this location for a while.

I order toasted garden caprese - whole - and was told there was no basil. I ordered it anyway but still had to pay for the full amount - no offer of discount. Then when I picked up sandwich on of the halves had a little bit of mozzarella and the half had none. I saw right away and asked for more cheese which the person complied. Normally I would have no complained during review but it is the second time this happened. It seems Panera us intentionally doing this to save money and if a person notices then they offer. Make sure when you order the order contains as advertised !
