Eh, nothing special to say besides great staff. The inside is an awkward layout, makes you feel you are on top of each other while waiting. They move the order menu back and forth so pay attention to that or you'll be stuck in a line unable to pull out after missing the order screen. Food often stale from this location. Staff is very kind but often seems slightly stressed. Lack of waiting room puts extra pressure on staff as all customers are just standing very close to the counter waiting due to lack of space. Large outdoor seating, however. Recommend waiting in line regardless of length, drive thru is ALWAYS faster at this location. This location has very very heavy foot traffic. For the lack of freshness and hectic foot traffic the staff makes up for it all. I only use this location if I don't want to get out of the car. Management please praise your staff, they completely make that entire location.
Parking: Limited spots during peak hours, long drive thru line (but it's an illusion, the drive thru is short)

As far as Starbucks goes this visit was horrible and bad service. I stood at the front counter for 5-10 mins just for someone to take my order, and it took double as long to receive my order which wasn’t even a 3/4 filled cup.
So you over pay for. $8.03 single cup of coffee, slow service, not full cup, and ask each customer for a tip ?????
Horrible visit and this Starbucks I come to at least 2-3 times a week……

I go to this location every single morning without fail for over the last year. Rarely do I have any issues. This morning I sent my husband to get my coffee and he came home with an entire TALL cup filled with milk and a splash of coffee. I don’t even know if they even put coffee in it. I ordered a caramel macchiato which I do know has milk and sugar but this cup of milk was PURE MILK and no coffee. My cup of coffee is the color of my walls .. IVORY White! Absolutely so disgusting and disappointing especially when I needed this cup of coffee more than ever due to finding out our family has fallen into a difficult living situation and now have to find a place to live in 4 days or my husband, me and my 2 boys under 6 aren’t homeless! Thanks Starbucks for making my morning even more miserable! Also had no ice! It’s literally just milk.

I've always stuck up for this place when my friends and the media complain about their woke practices saying I've always had a positive experience and never had an issue. Well after today I think I'm done. I'll support small businesses in the area. Not even sure what their striking for lol. Pay ? Or is it Trump being sworn in ? Either way hope the owner finds new employees.

Sooooo, my son goes through the drive thru everyday on his way home to get us coffee. I place the order on my app and he picks them up for us. I have to say some days I’m just perplexed as we order the same items (most of the time) yet the drinks either look completely different and/or taste completely different. Why is that? Honestly, the ice coffees we had Friday we not made close to what we actually ordered and we tossed them! This is typically a great location. I’d hate to have to make a change!
