December 31, 2025 placed an order in the app for a double steak burger 🍔 with beef tallow fries 🍟 cost was $6.50 plus got a free milk shake for signing up in the app! I then filled out the survey and now got a free order of medium beef tallow fries! 🍟 thank you!!

We used to come here quite often and then they put that god for saken Coke machine in and we stopped. Today we were driving through the parking lot and thought we’d give it another chance and guess what that Coke machine frustrated us again. Will not be coming back.

We waited in drive thru line for 30 min. Then we were told they are not sure when we can order cause short staffed n 3 orders deep. They then informed us they have to remake food cause it sat so long it was cold. I get it but they could have been upfront and said were to busy please go somewhere else rather than making us wait 30 min with 4 people who just got off flight from England.

This is the first time I have ever been to a Steak and Shake. I went at 11:45 am and there was a few people there. I was not thrilled about using a kiosk rather than a human, however, it functioned alright. The Dining room seemed clean and spacious and even management at to levels were cleaning tables and seating. My food was prepared reasonably timely and it was fresh. The double cheeseburger was prepared correctly and it was to temperature. Thee beef patties were really thin so their double was about what a quarter pound offering is elsewhere. The Shoestring Cut Fries were a very small cut. They would be best enjoyed with a fork. This restuarant was a good place for a quick meal.

This is beyond the rudest group of people in the area. They got my order wrong through the drive thru and then wanted me to come in to get it fixed and I told them my order was through the drive thru and I needed it fixed there. I manager Diamond got on the speaker yelling telling me she made the burger and it was not wrong. Then come to the window yelling at me. I told her if she was Management she need to act like she was and be polite to the customer when they make a mistake. And from that point it just escalated to being cussed and threatened and told they were going to call the cops by this little girl in a white chef's hat. Still no fixed food or refund. I went in and wow I got my money but rudely.

I had 2 steak Frank's and a chocolate shake. The food was good but couldn't believe it was over $18 dollars. I didn't get fries. I like the burgers and the chicken tenders. They have a kiosk that you order and pay and it asks if you want to leave a tip. If you get a drink you have to save the print out to pour your own drink, so are you tipping the chef?
One of the women working at night was beyond rude. My husband and I, as well as a group of 4 teenagers, walked into the restaurant. She loudly goes “we’re never going to get out in time” and repeats it once more when her coworkers didn’t respond. It was 10:30pm and they close at midnight. There were no other customers in the restaurant at this time. When our order was ready, it was down incorrectly. We ordered chili cheese fries and we weee given regular fries. I let her know and she said she’d fix it. A minute later, she brings out a side of cheese and a side of chili. My husband told her that it should come already made, like we have ordered in the past. She said “so you can’t pour it on yourself?” Her coworker told her how to fix the order. Once she was done, she told her coworker “I can’t do this.” She is not talking quietly at all, and she started complaining about the teenagers orders as well. If they are short staffed, I understand the stress. But there’s no need to be rude and complain loudly enough for everyone to hear.
