Seriously? How hard is it to listen to an order, type it in and read on a screen what the customer wants on their burger? It's not hard but apparently employees at this store cannot comprehend how easy this should be

I ordered a chocolate peanut butter Reesie’s shake… What I got was a regular peanut butter cup shake… Full of vanilla. Gross. I hate vanilla. So bland and plain.
I don’t understand why its so hard to make a shake the way I ordered it . The shake had Reese’s on top and and the rest of the shake was plain vanilla. Was on my lunch break didnt have time to go back around and complain.

I was just at Oldsmar steak and shake and was really impressed by India, the girl that took my order and brought food! It's very rare anymore that you're greeted with a smile and employees don't act like you are an inconvenience. Great Job India! Thanks!

Waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru despite being the only car, entire order was wrong. Waited another 10 to get the right food, ONLY TO AGAIN GET THE WRONG ORDER. This used to be the best and fastest steak n shake in the bay, but it's clearly become another dump full of employees who don't care about their job and are just there for a paycheck. Never coming back and I'll be letting my friends know to do the same, what an absolute joke.

Excellent chocolate shake. Had to contain myself not to get a second one as it was cold, crisp, chocolatey, and refreshing. The chili, not a fan. Lots of beans and flavor was okay, but fries make a better side item here. And the burger, nicely done. Fresh bun with a nice crisp and caramelization to the beef patties. Fits the dinner set up as simply a good ol' fashion burger. As for the service, it sucks. It's kiosk to call your name and finding a clean table at times can be tough. But for a decent meal at a good price when feeling a burger and fries and shake, it's a win.

I am still saddened by the change to counter service only. This particular location's floor was so greasy that you had to take very small steps to get around.

Ordered #4 - received bread, meat, and cheese only. Lady was rude, clearly customer service is not part of her skillset. She comes across like she hates her job and every customer coming through there. I recently started working in the area, and I will not return.
This place is absolutely garbage. Just don’t bother going here. It’s not even worth explaining.

Drove all the way here to get a shake and fries. They close at 12 am and the time was 11:40. Whoever the drive thru person was-was completely rude and literally yelled at me that they’re closed. I then proceeded to say “but you guys close at 12”, to which he then yelled back “ok but i said we’re closed” I used to come to this location more often but almost every time the customer service is so bad that i get reminded why i just go to different locations. It’s frustrating because if he would’ve said it nicely I would’ve obviously been a little upset but no big deal, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case.

After waiting over half an hour for 2 milkshakes my wife and I just left. Went to Dairy Queen across the street and got the same order in less than 15 minutes. Will never go back to Steak and Shake.

Waited 40 minutes for my food, which was cold and missing tomato. Didn't have milkshake straws so I had to eat it with spoon. The manager was just making burgers that were not going to meals until they were already cold instead of managing the restaurant. Terrible.
