Food is good as always. I miss interacting with staff. All is done via kiosk now so there is no interaction with wait staff. Nice clean restaurant.

They screwed themselves, I can't stand how it is not personable anymore. Robots always get the orders wrong. Milkshakes are garbage not. A machine can't get it right. I will never go back.

This place is a disaster. Service was terrible and they were super rude about us getting ketchup. My grandmothers MEDIUM onion rings had maybe 8 onion rings, the chicken tenders look atrocious, and my other grandmothers burger order was wrong. Never eat here. 0/10.

One of my favorite places to eat,Was my first time at this location and the service was amazing. Couldn't have got a better waitress. I will definitely go back to this Stake 'n Shake! UPDATE- that was pre covid, The food has changed completely. I have eaten the same things for over 30 years and A Chilli-mac has always been my favorite by far. The portions are half of what it was and the taste made me never want to come back. My favorite childhood meal is now a thing of the past I will never be able to have again.

As a door dasher I've never had slower service, they wasted a bunch of time I could've been getting other deliveries & possibly costed me a tip from our mutual customer due to the wait for 1 shake. I wasn't greeted, noone was up front, they were all busy in the back which was good teamwork for themselves so I'll give them that but someone should be on lobby duty especially if you're offering delivery services. The wait was 15 mins at least. Unacceptable!
