I placed an online order for cookies only. I stood in line 20 min after my pickup time. Danny then told me he didnt see my online order and because he was the only person there he couldn't help me because he was busy. He then began helping the woman behind me. I asked if i could just buy some and come back when his manager was there. He told me no and he was too busy. I told him forget the online order and I would just buy. He then began yelling at the top of his lungs that he heard me and he didnt care that he was by himself and busy. The lady behind me jumped he yelled so loud. He told me he didnt give and f#&^ when I yelled back. I asked his name and he spelled it out while still yelling. He told me here was there until 2am so come back if I wanted to. I am calling the police as I feel this is a threat. I live close by and frequent this location often. I will never step foot in there again if I have to fear that employee will be in there. It's not the customers fault he was understaffed.

The service and the food was great! I was hesitant about coming here due to the reviews but i tried it out for myself and i can honestly say Angel and William did an amazing job attending me. My chicken wrap tasted amazing and was nice and toasted, exactly how I like it! So, I will be a returning customer.

This subway is solely great because of the fact of an employee named William Perez. He is very considerate and allowed me to change my meal for the inconvenience of the app. Definitely recommend to come in when he works also very respectful and patient with his customers. I will be coming here more because of Mr. Williams service. Deserves the best!!

If you’re sign says your open you should be open. Will go out of my way to go to another place for a sub. It was an hour and 15 minutes before you state you closed and doors were locked and drive through closed as well.

Great food, but the owners are cruel slave drivers. They employ 1 minimum wage employee to work busy shifts, and these people are miserable as they frantically try to make sandwiches for customers waiting in line and, at the same time, attempt to fill online orders. Happy profit-taking, slave owners.

I’m concerned about this store. The staff cannot speak English. They are going to do things the way they’re comfortable with and you can’t tell them anything or they’re going to get super confused because they know little English. That’s out of control.

I went to pick up a uber eats order and the employee Danny refused to make the subs, he told me he didnt have the chicken so i contacted the customer to see if they wanted a replacement, the employee didnt want to speak to the customer so i gave the customer the options the employee gave me, when the customer said they wanted steak the employee said he didnt want to make the subs and started yelling at me and told me to leave the store, the employee did this while I had the customer on the phone. I would hope that corporate would consider the fact that uber had 3 of us come here today and to be treated like this was so unprofessional

We definately did not get the 33% more meat on any of our 3 sandwiches when we got them home. For example the "titan" turkey, on the 1st half that was eaten of the 12 inch sandwich it only had maybe 4 pieces of turkey. Next time will go in and watch sandwiches being made and not order through app as it is not worth the 50% off each second in price and get 50% in all the sandwiches.
