Check your sauce!Food is always good, but sometimes they put the wrong sauce in the wrong canister. I always get mofo insane, and I grabbed a salad to go, pumped some mofo insane into to go cups, get home, poured it all over my salad, and when I go to eat it, it was soooo sweet and no spice at all, NOT the mofo insane at all. I hate sweet and it ruined my salad. I couldn’t eat it.Love T Flats, just check your sauce at this location, the opposite could happen to you where you think it’s sweet and you’re in for a rude awakening with the mofo insane!

This is an update! had the Shrimp Bowl the other day and it just wasn’t really working for me, the bowl was full of rice and beans when I actually asked for less rice and less beans! And the Queso Cheese was really cold, just Disappointed this time around! That was almost $20 for a rice bowl and a cup of water. I guess different staff than the past. However I still like the Clearwater Location on Gulf to Bay Boulevard ?This was from the past Experience. Excellent job! The food is always great. The New Restaurant Manager name is Dan. He went out of his way to find my Favorite Hot Sauce Called George Peach. I Really appreciate that. He also gave me some other Samples of other Hot Sauces to take home and try. He is Awesome. The manager at this location is the one pest part of the experience. He yells and cusses so loudly in the back it’s upsetting. He was rude and disrespectful to the fantastic young lady who took care of me and told her he was t remaking my food even though he made it wrong. This manager is awful and needs to go. It’s hard to support a restaurant that has bad management.

Another disappointment. Went to dinner with my family. The waitress was nice. When we received our food the chicken and blk bean nachos we ordered were cold. The shredded cheese was cold and unmelted. When I spoke to the manager about this he told me they no longer melt the cheese. Imagine my confusion as I thought nachos meant the cheese was melted onto the chips. I have ordered these before as this is the only thing I prefer on the menu and they used to be the best nachos in town. When I told him this he said they no longer use the melter. He offered to give me something else but as I said I don’t prefer anything else on their menu. Left disappointed and now I have to find somewhere else with good nachos. I will also add my husband has been ordering the steak burrito for years and he also said the burrito hasn’t been right for the past year and he is done with trying anymore.

I love Tijuana Flats. It's food is so good, and I take a particular liking to the beef tacos. When I go, it typically isn't really full, so we get our food fast. The atmosphere is really cool, with all the paintings on the celling, and the wall art. My only complaint is the chips are a bit bland, but I can write that off. 5/5, I love this place.Kid-friendliness: They don't really seem to care about kids being in there.

Given some of the recent negative reviews, I almost didn't try this place. I'm glad I went out on a limb. Whatever service problems they may have been struggling with weren't a problem the day my family was there. In fact, the friendly service was top notch.The food was also excellent and fresh, and everyone from age 8 to 45 really enjoyed their meal. Highly recommend!Parking: Strip mall with plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Totally kid friendly with a kids menu and lots of options.Wheelchair accessibility: Totally accessible.
