Got the pull apart Cinnabon. It smelled so bad because of how burnt it was. Couldn’t use their plastic fork to even pierce the “bun.” The entire thing was a solid block of black cement that they thought the icing would cover….. apparently. Not even edible. So I’m unsure how they even used their big brains to pack and sell it like it’s normal.

Workers at this location are so lazy they won’t take your order on the register, they say I have to use the kiosk, ok well every-time I have you screw up the order, and what if I go through the drive thru? Do I have to use the kiosk there too? Unprofessional and lazy staff

Drive thru tenant came thru the speaker with a kind tone, read the order back, asked if I needed anything else, when they didn't have something I requested, she offered a great alternative.... i believe her name is Caprice... the order was correct and hot. Thank you to the wendys morning crew this morning. Have a blessed Sunday. One thing you forgot was my cholula, which I can live without lol 😆
And for fast food, these biscuits and gravy are tasty...!

So, today my girlfriend and I were deciding between Mc Donald’s or Wendy’s. Our decision would prove disastrous. Sadly. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Wendy’s. Until today. First of all, my friend got the $3.00 “Baconator” Which should’ve been double meat with bacon. But was a single patty and NO bacon. My order was correct. However! My burger was dry and not hot, cheese wasn’t even melted, and fries were also not hot. My friend commented to me how slow they were. Which was true. I saw only three working behind the counter, and one was the manager. I definitely won’t visit this location again. Nice outside seating area though. I do hope they improve. But I’ll stick with our Wendy’s in Dunedin.
