So, today my girlfriend and I were deciding between Mc Donald’s or Wendy’s. Our decision would prove disastrous. Sadly. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Wendy’s. Until today. First of all, my friend got the $3.00 “Baconator” Which should’ve been double meat with bacon. But was a single patty and NO bacon. My order was correct. However! My burger was dry and not hot, cheese wasn’t even melted, and fries were also not hot. My friend commented to me how slow they were. Which was true. I saw only three working behind the counter, and one was the manager. I definitely won’t visit this location again. Nice outside seating area though. I do hope they improve. But I’ll stick with our Wendy’s in Dunedin.

every single employee had a grumpy unpleasant look on their faces. Or was wrong food was right the things on each item were wrong so when we requested the things that were missing it was an issue to them because they had to stop what they were doing and fix my order I've never been to a place that every single person in there is just extremely unpleasant like this I'm wondering if it's management or if you just hire a bunch of unpleasant people and everyone's disgruntled thank God we got it to go through the drive-thru but I did have to back in to get a couple more things

Seriously disappointed. Went through the drive-thru around 9pm on Sunday and it was a complete fail. Rude cashier, cold fries, and my drink tasted like straight-up water. I never bother with reviews, but this was truly a 0-star experience. Next time, I'll definitely go somewhere else.

I'd leave no stars if I could rude employees told me I couldn't order food here will nor be back again said open til 9 it's 5pm that's crazy
I pull up to the drive thru window with three other cars behind me at 12:15am and they weren’t taking anyone’s orders. The Store closes with posted signs saying 1am as well online… y’all still got 45 min untill closing!!! Best part is I wrap around and i see a young male and female standing staring at the drive thru camera screen where they can see who’s at the order line waiting to see if i pull off.. as i drive they both are laughing looking at me drive pass.. stop having young kids run a store and have an actual grown adult manager on site…
