I can say as a drive thru at Wendy's on Oldsmar the ppl whom work the AM shift are so so super nice they greet you with a good Morning and and as they give you your food it's Have a nice day so as customer service goes they are one of the best drive thru love the staff there and they always know what am ordering and the way I love my Morning breakfast thank you to all the morning crew you guy's ROCK Keep up the hard work Thank you so much God bless

So, dynamic pricing starts in 2025. In the meantime, price gouging is okay? Gtho, baconator double and large frosty almost 12 dollars?! Then you are NOT SUPPOSE TO HAVE THE FROSTY IN THE CUP BEFORE THE CAR PULLS UP! ITS MELTING YOU MORONS!!! IF I WANTED LIQUID IN A CUP, I'D A GOT A SODA!

Workers in this Wendy’s don’t wear gloves, disgusting. The guy who was doing the fries was picking out fries out of the container and putting it back in the batch. Disgusting. The only person I seen wearing gloves was the manager. Seriously would fire all staff other than the 3 people that seem that

Honestly, I liked this Wendy’s when it was the old store. This is the 3rd time that we were disappointed since it’s been rebuilt. Tonight, the buns were hard all around the edges, plus we asked for no onions, and guess what was on our burgers…onions! Fries seemed half filled and were not hot at all. Actually kind of soggy. So unlike a Wendy’s. Fries are usually awesome. This was a drive thru meal, with no wait, so they should have been some what hot. Such a shame because this is our go to for fast food. Not any more. I will say that the guy at the window was friendly, so kudos for that. PLEASE work on getting orders right and fresh. I really don’t want to drive to Highway 19 to get my kids Wendy’s. And what is with no receipt???? Usually they throw it in the bag. Nope, not tonight.
