From the initial inquiry with Mari for my birthday cake where she kindly answered all my questions and offered suggestions, to the pickup where Mari’s mom carefully instructed us how to properly handle the cakes, to the final tasting where everyone loved the cakes, the experience with Casa Gioia was sweet, delicious, and stress free. We ordered a Vanilla Dulce de Leche Dominican cake, Steph’s chocolate cake, a slice of the Birthday Cheesecake, and a Cake Cup with pastry cream. The cheesecake was heavenly, the perfect combination of textures and flavors. The Vanilla dulce de leche cake, Chocolate cake , and the cake cup was perfectly moist and flavorful.
