we were the last 2 people exploring the castle and looking around, they were so kind to us and offered my daughter and myself dinner before we left, despite being closed. it was so gracious and welcoming inside the boat. we had the meatloaf and spinach side, deeeelicious!! i love that the food was homemade and it was better than I could have hoped for. we will definitely be back, and come hungry!
Food and service were top-notch! We came as a group of 5 motorcycle riders and had a great time. This place is truly a hidden gem, never expected to find something like this in Florida. Honestly, if you didn’t see it for yourself, you wouldn’t believe it exists.
We went for a tour and a meal afterwards and it was magical and interesting from start to finish!! The art and puns included, all created by Howard himself, were obscure, inviting, and entertaining beyond words. Every single family and staff member we had the absolute pleasure of meeting was incredibly friendly and gave my husband and I that feeling of the old Florida charm that we know and love and often miss living in a much more populated part of it.
