Unacceptable service.

My girlfriend ordered on the bk app at this location during breakfast hours but she ordered burgers that were supposedly available at that time like the whopper. But when we get to the drive thru they said the burgers weren't available at this time and that you have to cancel the order thru the BK app and the refund takes between 5 to 7 days to process. We asked to speak to the store manager and he told us honestly that they just didn't wanna turn on and clean the broiler 😒

Waited 15 min in the drive thru and then my burgers were made with no love. Dry overcooked patties and missing cheese and pickles. Lets work on training and management.

Worst service I ever had. Tried to walk to pick up my mobile order I had online the lady locked the front door and said I had to go through drive thru. I went through drive thru and was on hold for a few minutes. When she finally came on she informed me that she was the only one there and asked for my order and i informed that I had a mobile order and she said she didn’t see it on her screen. She asked was I at the right location and I said yes. She than said she doesn’t see it in her screen and I told her I can show her my receipt and she said there nothing she can do. I understand she was alone but she didn’t even try to take a look at the receipt to show her that I placed an order at this location. I work a 12 hour shift so I try to get something in the morning to sit in my stomach so I can get through the day and I have to go through this when I was very patient with her when she already sent me through the drive through and still waited in the drive thru for nothing and not even try to see or show concern about my order. Now I gotta wait 5-7 days for a refund for something that wasn’t my fault due to lack of employees and for the system not to have my mobile order. I would NEVER go to this burger EVER again after today.

Honestly I just put the star so I can leave this poe ass review about this poe ass store I done came to the realization that they don't like to work nor are you going to get it your way I've here twice back to back just to make sure I didn't say the wrong order I asked for a #1 with a fish inside of it never once I asked for a #10 big fish the big fish coast $10 ion want that I want a #1 the whooper no red meat I want fish in it sometimes you have to be more direct but ion know how much more straight up than that EVRY TIME I GO TO THIS ONE BUGER KING

Orders are hardly accurate! If I say no onions, or hold the onions they give you extra onions. You specify no cheese please, they smother your food with cheese. The list goes on of errors on your food... there is a major disconnect from ordering at this location. It happens both at breakfast and dinner visits.

As if the wrong order wasn't bad enough to do you in, after placing our order, we were asked to stop and wait a good while prior to approaching the window due to those horrible timers....
Only to get our order and the items were still made incorrectly. We were asked to pull around and someone would bring out our items .....10 minutes, nothing, 20 minutes nothing, we saw an emplyee bringing out food so we said to please tell the Drive-thru that we are still waiting. At 35 minutes, my sister goes inside and The Drive Thru lady with the link hair looked at my sister then said she forgot.???‍♀️ So 47 minutes.....and $42 later. I am expecting to speak with Corporate for sure!

I needed to go to the toilet, but the toilet was locked with a code, and the African American woman at the checkout said to wait in line, place an order and only then I could go to the toilet. This is not normal!! She behaves rudely and ill-mannered!
