My mom got a fish sandwich and it had a piece of plastic in it also they charge extra you better off going to the one on 57th Ave right next to the pet supermarket and they charge you less and you get fresh fries every time and everyone there is nice but the one on 47 everyone has an attitude except for Linda she nice in their service is slow avoid it at all costs they need new management I rather drive the extra 10 minutes

This Burger King wasn’t always perfect, but the older staff made the best of what they had and always treated customers with respect. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill with the new staff. The service has become much worse—long wait times, rude management, and an overall bad experience. I work just down the street, but I’d rather drive to the location on 57th Ave than ever come back here again.

Worst customer service ever. Waited 12 minutes for someone to take my order and when I drove up to the window the very rude lady told me id have to drive back around. And started telling me she was only one person doing multiple jobs.

Please please avoid this place like a plegue at all costs , the food is great, THE MAIN PROBLEM IS THE SERVICE !!!!!! Omg do they take forever .!!!!!! I’m got its burgers and Fries !!!! Still take for ever and the drive through I believe each day is the worse then the last time !!!!!!!! I’ve ordered mobile orders to pickup drive its through ,and still talked 7-14 mins just to get my food, I have to say I don’t thing I been to any other places that’s this bad the service and speed … but this one right here seriously takes the whole cake !!!!! Stay away now I can see why it’s useally dead too .
