I pulled up to the drive thru and was told the drive thru is closed for 15 mins and to come inside. What is the purpose of the drive thru if they aren't servicing anyone thru it. The service at this location is always slow. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to me, but i have decided to no longer patronize them. I don't know who owns this franchise but they need to get it together.

Man they need better employees. I'm ordering through the drive thru and the lady rushing me like she has to leave. Then when I get to the window I asked to add one jalapeño she says we have to go back in line and order it. Then gave a Mash potato with no gravy. We asked for gravy she mad at us for asking fro gravy. It ain't our fault yall out of gravy inform the customers of it. Then I'm parked out front to go in the store to get the damn jalapeño she tells me I can't park right there. Just ridiculous man.

I arrived 14 minutes after my mobile order. All I ordered was chicken. They told me to come inside instead of at the drive thru, while it’s raining because my order was being made….i get inside…they hand me a bag that was sitting on the counter…containing my COLD chicken. This is the worst location in the franchise. I became a member, used the app to order and the new member promo didn’t even work. The first and last time I go to Church's Chicken. It took 31 minutes (31 minutes through drive thrugh and waited in front of the restaurant)!!! to get our food, and of course, I didn't get what I asked for. The manager said she gave us free food because we waited so long, HOW ABOUT GUVING ME WHAT I PAID FOR!!! I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN! NOT WORTH THE FOOD, WAIT, OR SERVICE!
